pricing these magic items?

How would you price the following magic items (and are they possible at all?)

1 a silver tablet that can be written upon and remembers/reproduces multiple notes when trigered with a password (basically a magical Ipad - I have a lot of sensitive info to store)

2 a pair of fingerless gloves that transform into claws when the user transforms, giving cold iron or silver claws to whatever he has just turned into?

3 single-target Evard's tentacles item (single use) keyed to one target individual - an apple sized ball which, when thrown in the general direction of its keyed target, grows tentacles and grapples it for several rounds?

1. 300gp maybe?
2. If it only does one: 5k. If it does both but only one at a time: 8k. If it does both constantly: 12k
3. 200 or 300gp. Depends on the save DC/damage. If those are high it could be 1200-1500 I suppose.

cheaper than I expected. And what spells/components would be appropriate to enchant nr 2 ? ( I find it more fun to hunt for specific stuff rather than pay flat materials cost - for example my circlet of charisma is being made with some alu-fiend blood and a couple of gold coins the prince threw my way - the kind of gold that speaks the loudest)

1 and 3 are fairly minor. 3 is worth less than one charge of a 3rd level spell.

2 was based off two warforged feats that do that. If I remember correctly feats are about 5000gp each on magic items (may be wrong) so the rest was eyeballed from there. Nothing too extravagant

If you were after material components for 2 I would look for the blood of a fey and the tooth of a werecreature. Both of at least moderate power.

For number one, have you considered taking ranks in autohypnosis?

For item 2, consider the Necklace of Natural Attacks from Savage Species.  And there is a weapon enhancement in MIC (Metalline I think?) that allows you to change your weapon's composition to be any other type of metal to overcome DR.  Combine the two, and you should have your price.
