i also dont see the specific source of the telepathy. i dont really expect this is something AS will give you..
i have a hard time figuring the Incorporeal traits as anything but physical qualities. thats sorta backwards, they are unphysical qualities?
i dont think you get the feats, they are HD feats not exactly bonus?
i also didnt do the math to see if the skills have bonuses.
