Iterative weapons (anything manufactured + unarmed strikes) are ALWAYS primary, if you attack with it. If not, whatever is listed as primary is primary (claws, I guess, in your case). You get your full iterative attack routine with any iterative weapon, THEN you add on any natural weapons you have, all converted to secondary natural weapons (even if they were primary before, iterative weapons trump this).
