Assassin Build Help

Due to a new job and crazy work schedule, I'm no longer able to game with my group on a regular basis. So the DM is letting me play one of the npcs. This will be a Forgotten Realms campaign. He ask me to create an assaasin build from level 1-20. He's limiting me to what classes and prestige classes that I can use. I have 82 points to divide between the 6 stats. I will be playing either a human or skulk (races of destiny)...Feats are subject to his approval. Any help would be appreicated.

Classes and Prestige Classes that i have work with:
Assassin
Fighter
Jaunter (Expedition to the Demonweb Pits)
Ranger
Rogue
Shadow Dancer
Shadow-Walker Template LA +1 (FR - Unapproachable East)
Swordsage (Tome of Battle)
Telflammar Shadowlord (FR - Unapproachable East)

So go with swordsage-10/jaunter-04/shadowlord-06? Suggestions for maneuvers and stances?

Assassin's Stance would be the obvious stance to use when fighting, while Hunter's Stance is good utility when not fighting.  Shadow Jaunt and the rest of that line are of course needed for the teleporting, and just in general you'll want Shadow Hand maneuvers to keep with the Assassin idea.
