Marsh Laval



The Halfling owner of the Green Tankard Inn. His prodigious size for a Hin comes from very regular consumption of large quantities of food and ales along with plenty of naps. He is something of a rumormonger, and a very entertaining storyteller.

Megana Nistral



A large and very strong looking woman who owns one of Loudwater's blacksmith shop's. She has been a competitor of the othe rsmith in town for several years, since she took over the shop from her father. She seems to be quite rivvim with Suq.

Susteen Urbeeth

Middleaged human man in the employ of one of the town's council as an assistant. He walks with a cane and it is discovered that apparently under duress his leg pains him and becomes wreathed in blue flame.

Marril

One of Loudwater's town guard. Fought alongside the party against an ogre during an attack on the town. Lost his friend Yenmorn and several others during the night of the attack.

Eoffram Troyas



Recent addition to the Loudwater's town council. The young Councilman is very serious about the safety of the town. Recently brought the idea that the council should hire adventurers to quell the recent bandit activity.

Ruins of Rivenroar

Adronsus Mordar



Loudwater's Alchemist. Grabbed by the goblins during the raid on the town as he staggered home from a night of drinking. He has been severely beaten by the goblins since and was found hanging in a dark room off of a crypt in the ruins. He appears to have a tendency toward supplying information about things he knows little about.

Zerriksa



An old woman that lives on the outskirts of Loudwater. She was found in a magic circle within the ruins. Rumors indicate she has dark powers.

The Sick Woman



Sick with Filth Fever and help captive for days tormented by a Wererat and a horde of it's animal kind, the group has moved her to a safer location outside the ruins before delving back in.

Jalissa



Found chained in a crypt. She is a young human woman with blond hair and has been handled roughly during her capture. She clings to Tanthalus. You find out she is the Acolyte of the temple of Selune that is missing.

Thurnan



The son of the town's Guard Captain. Found on the second level of the ruins being subjected to a life draining ritual performed by a Wight.

The old man



Found in a jail cell on the first level. Was killed by Wererats in a dark shrine while accompanying the party to find the rest of the relics.
