Source of at-will Faerie Fire?

Alright:

I'm trying to make a build that can use any of those feats in Drow of the Underdark that really on uses of Drow racial SLAs at will.

I already have Darkness at will (Warlock 1) and Dancing Lights at will (Silverstar 3); is there an at-will source of Faerie Fire?

I think some of the Eladrin (MM, BoED) get Faerie Fire at will, but that probably won't help.
