Looking for polymorph forms that cause ability damage at range (core only)

9HD limit.  So far the only thing I've found is the roper, and I can picture the scowl on my DM's face already, were I to tell him to make 6 fortitude saves in one round off of ranged touch attacks.  It also has 10HD anyway, so I can't use it yet.

Well, Guardian Naga can spit its 1d10 con poison 30 ft.  But it is 11 HD.

It's not ability damage, but the 6 HD cloaker can spam its Stupor moan ability repeatedly to paralyze someone from range.
