Looking for a compiled list of "broken" stuff ...

Are there any compiled lists of "broken stuff", with explanations on why each thing is "broken".
Preferably, I'd be looking for individual lists -- e.g., "spells", "class features", "PrCs", etc.  (of course, I think the PrC list can be inferred from the "+2 tier PrCs" thread)

Or am I relegated to having to sift through the various "Dirty Tricks" handbooks?

Any resources are welcome.



note: the reason I ask is that I've, yet again, gone back to working on my own 3.x "fix"; and due to a whole host of reasons, I know that I'm gonna be missing a giant pile of things that should be making my "to fix" list.
