Human Heritage, Disguise and an elf version of it

Does a character with Human Heritage still gain penalties for not being human when trying to disguise himself as human?
Is there something like Human Heritage, but for elves?
Magic is for weaklings.

Based on the wording of Human Heritage:
Quote from: Races of Destiny
Benefit: You are treated as a humanoid with the human
subtype for the purpose of adjudicating all effects.

I'd say there would be no penalty for a character with the feat disguising himself as a human.  All effects is pretty clear.

I know of nothing like that for full-blooded elves.
