Oh, it can fit in Legend,. But it doesn't really fit with other characters I'm familiar with, and probably not this game.

Here's how it came to be: Friend got bored, used some meme generation to grant other friends their D&D Name, Race, and Class based on a d20 roll and First Pet's name (arbitrary details). I rolled a natural 20, he gave me:
CRITICAL
Your name is HUMAN
Your race is ELF
Your class is DWARF
STR 18 DEX 5 CON 13 INT 17 WIS 10 CHA 3

Thus was born Human, the Elf Dwarf.

I responded and decided that this is his backstory, generally speaking: Human was so utterly horrible at being an elf that he went to go train with the dwarves, and just ate, slept and drank the dwarf lifestyle. He studied everything about being a dwarf, trained to be brawny like a dwarf (which is seriously hard for an elf, guys), and drank so hard he made an ass of himself stumbling over his feet and words, and so he alienated himself with just about everyone. This explains his stats and is a perfectly viable character why not.

So it's like Sean Connery meets Legolas meets Fistbeard Beardfist?
Hmm.

Okay, guys, the deadline has passed so I'll be looking over the entries tonight and tomorrow and I'll update the thread with the player selection tomorrow evening. If I don't select you, it's really just because I can only take so many people at once and I'm only able to commit to GMing one game at a time. From the discussion in this thread, it really doesn't sound like there are any bad entries. Once this module wraps up, and as we continue to release additional resources for Legend, I'll make it an effort to run more games.

EDIT: Having reviewed the entries, it looks like we have five actual submissions. (Neither Nanshork nor Venn finished characters for the game.) So congratulations to everyone, you're all in!

EDIT: It looks like the subforum has been created, so I'll update it with a few threads this evening (PST). The next step will be character sheets, so if you want to get a head start, go ahead and work on yours today before the threads go up.

Yeah, sorry, I would rather have those who made sheets get in before me anyway. If you ever run another game, I'll definitely apply!

Not to worry! I only really mentioned it in the post so everyone knew what was going on and in case I was wrong so either you or Nanshork could alert me to any error.

For everyone in the game, the next step will be to wander down to the Kita-ku Administrative Center with your character sheets!

I see words and they're not making any sense! How can such a thing as too silly exist? D:

If it helps, people have been quoted as saying that I "hate fun".   :P

But if you hate fun, then you must enjoy things that aren't fun. And nothing is less fun then something you hate. So then you must especially enjoy things that you hate. And since you hate fun, wouldn't you then enjoy it?
Hmm.
