Swift Concentration

Can Swift Concentration be used to activate a previously cast Call Lightning or redirect a spell effect like Spiritual Weapon?

It can't redirect Spiritual Weapon since it does not say anything about concentrating on the spell.  Call Lightning, however, does have the text about concentrating on the spell, so you can indeed use Swift Concentration for it.
