Magic circle against evil.

I'm trying to fit 4 levels of Witch Hunter from OA into an entirely non-caster build, but one of the prerequisites is the ability to cast Magic Circle Against Evil (or Taint). Are there any easy ways to fulfill this prereq without taking levels in a spellcasting class?

PrC prereq's of a specific spell can be met with Spell-Like Abilities (I think this rule is from Complete Arcane).  So, find a way to get Magic Circle Against Evil as an SLA, and you are good to go.

Race is out of the question because I'm building around a specific race, and templates too because it has a hefty LA (+3) already.

It's available as a second level spell through the Exorcism domain. Divine Champion (CD) 2 would allow you to cast it, at the cost of two class levels and a feat (Weapon Focus).

I found it in the Eberron Campaign Setting. Page 106.

I'll check that out. Fluff might be tough to pull off though.
