Ability Increases: An Air Elemental Monolith receives a bonus to its Dexterity score at every level except 5th. At 6th level these bonuses total +5 Dex.
Enhanced Air Use: At each level except first, an Air Elemental Monolith chooses one of these options. It may also take the Extra Option feat for this class feature.
Improved Whirlwind: The elemental can use Whirlwind at will and remain in it indefinitely.
Improved Wake: Any creature who fails the save for the elemental's Wake class feature also takes slam damage.
Improved Hurricane Shroud: As a standard action, the elemental can fire all projectiles caught by it's Hurricane Shroud class feature at a single target.
Improved Wind Reach: The elemental's Wind Reach class feature ignores any limit for caster level of the spell it replicates. In addition, when it uses the violent thrust option, it adds it's slam attack damage to it when using it to fire projectiles or when a creature affected by it strikes a solid surface.
Improved Force of Nature: The amount a target is moved by the elemental's Force of Nature class feature increase to 10 feet per dex mod.
Improved Tempest Breath: The range for the elemental's Tempest Breath and the distance creatures are moved both double, to 120 feet and squares double the elemental's con modifier, respectively.
Improved Suffocate: The Elemental can now use it's Suffocate ability on creatures who do not breath or who are breathing water.
Improved Roaring Winds: The area within the radius of the elemental's Roaring Winds is also affected as if within it's Whirlwind.
Improved Whispering Winds: While the elemental is using it's Whispering Winds class feature, creatures using abilities or spells that would normally allow them to detect invisible creatures must succeed on a Spot Check with DC 10+HD+Dex mod to notice it.
Airy Discorporation: 1/day, the elemental can use the power Fiery Discorporation, save that it dissolves into air and targets air instead of open flame, it does not need to make a will save to succeed, and it does not affect anything worn or carried. In addition, anyone seeing the elemental use this ability must succeed on a Spot Check with DC 10+HD+Dex mod to realize it has not died, since dissolving into their element is what Elementals do when they actually die. Since the elemental does not exist while discorporated, it does not regain abilities with a limited use per day.
The Elemental Monolith Prestige classes are basically upgrades for their base classes, while adding Element-based Fiery Discorporations as a capstone. The Air Elemental Monolith makes either a good stealthy character or one geared to damage in a large area.

Improved Shock Wave: The length of the cone created by the elemental's Shock Wave class feature increases to 5 ft/2 HD
Improved Whispering Stone: The elemental's tremorsense from it's Whispering Stone class feature increases to 10 ft per HD to a maximum of 200 feet at 20 HD
Improved Rolling Stone: The elemental can use Rolling Stone at will and remain in that form indefinitely.
Improved Sweeping Strike: The elemental's Sweeping Strike class feature can affect an extra square for every size the elemental is above small
Improved Earth Asunder: The elemental's Earth Asunder class feature also replicates the effects of a Spike Stones spell with CL equal to HD within it's affected area
Improved Earth’s Embrace: The elemental can instead replicate the effects of the Imprisonment spell on creatures who fail the save for Earth's Embrace, as well as free any creature it has replicated the spell effects on as long as it is at the locale where it imprisoned the creature.

Improved Spitfire: The elemental can now use Spitfire as an attack action, allowing to use it more then once per round if it makes a full attack.
Improved Leap of Flames: The elemental can now use Leap of Flames at will.
Improved Holocaust Cloak: The deflection bonus and damage taken by creatures who strike the elemental with an unarmed strike or natural attack both improve to double it's Charisma or Constitution bonus(whichever is greater).
Improved Blistering Heat: The elemental can exclude any number of creatures from the effects of it's Blistering Heat class feature. In addition, the damage caused by it's Blistering Heat class feature increases to double it's Charisma or Constitution bonus(whichever is greater).
Improved Oppressive Heat: The elemental can exclude any number of creatures from the effects of it's Oppressive heat class feature. In addition, the penalties caused by it's Oppressive Heat class feature increases to double it's Charisma or Constitution bonus(whichever is greater).
Improved Nova: The elemental can exclude any number of creatures from the effects of it's Nova class feature. In addition, it can use Nova once per day for every 5 HD it possesses instead of every 10.

For this one, I gave it the ability to use Spitfire more frequently, as well as let it avoid friendly fire.

Improved Aqua Bolt: The elemental can now use Aqua Bolt as an attack action, allowing to use it more then once per round if it makes a full attack.
Improved Dark Clone: Any Dark Clones you create gain your Water Mastery and Improved Water Mastery abilities. They also gain the Water subtype and a swim speed equal to yours.
Improved Drown: The Elemental can now use it's Drown ability on creatures who do not breath or who can breath water.
Improved Rescuing Doom: When the elemental uses Rescuing Doom to carry a creature in it's Vortex form, they can breathe normally and can act and fight underwater without penalties.

The Water Elemental Monolith gains better ranged abilities, improved Dark Clones, and better Vortex-based abilities.
