Touta... is not Negi. I have no idea why you'd feel  that. Wrong hair colour, for a start, not to mention the radically different attitude (he's more like Nagi, really) and, well... I don't think Negi could become a vampire after Magia Erebea.

It is really just a gut feeling. Something like he was the only immortal in the class (apart from Eva) and he really couldn't bear everybody else getting old and dying and all, so a reboot for his mind would give him a fresh start.

Nah, it doesn't look that much like Al's stuff, and it's too small-scale for anything from the castle.

She's apparently a blacksmith too in addition to an architect and whatever the name is for someone that makes dolls. Really, Eva?

Not really. I find it kind of hilarious she made something no-one can use, then just left it lying around. Eva, stop littering the world with dangerous stuff.
