Not sure how Anyspell would work as a SLA.  Normally it puts the arcane spell into the domain slot Anyspell was cast from... Even dropping the domain part, not sure how that works as a SLA.

If we're to assume it is allowed to actually be cast then the only real option for it to work as an SLA is to say that using an Anyspell SLA simply grants use of an applicable arcane spell once for however long, but it cannot be used for -any- other purpose such as feats and such.  That way it should be able to avoid dirty tricks and stupid shit.

Which would make the entire things useless, something which is assumed not to be the case.

Right so Spell Domain is choosiest.

If that 15 Minute casting time is dropped to 1 round,
then you're just fluff speed reading, still need a spellbook.
Cast the anyspell-ed spell as normal the next round.

So the whole ACF subbing for another ACF ...
I suppose a dumpster dive would have to happen
for each and every ACF to see if restrictive language
exists in some of the entries.  If so those would be
dead ends, but the rest of them (if so) are written
defining a "Class Ability"  not a Class's "Class Ability".

Example though not all that hashed out, were all those
Mantle classes from CPsi and Mind's Eye.  Ardent has
the 4 Elemental Mantles that sub for the 1 original
Elemental Mantle.  At no point are those 4 mantles
listed as restricted from Divine Mind (edit boo boo ?)
or Erudite or Wilder or PsyWar or Psion w Life mantle.
OK so now is the Substitute Powers "acf" on the Mantles
or is it for Ardent only?  Non specific enough language.
