I could swear that I saw this feat somewhere, but I just can't find it.

It allows those who think that are good (when actually they are evil) to be treated as good. I think it was called "delusional something".

It is not Heresy of the faith, it is not Mask of gentility, it is not Touch of Benevolence.

Not a feat but the magic blooded template (+0) gives you undetectable alignment as an SLA once per day. Could refluff it as an unconscious action like a daily ritual or nervous tic.
