That would, of course, be the ideal source. I have a PM out to him.

In anticipation of there being more sinister motives, I have mirrored it at two new locations. Just check HERE for those sites.

As a side note, Everything in the EVD is freely available elsewhere. In fact, most of my editor notes are stolen from other handbooks. Every entry is out there, somewhere, except for my own comments, of course.

Some of your previous works that were rolled into the EVD have also vanished, actually.

Couple more oversights for Warforged feats:
Overload Metabolism and Shocking Fist from PGtE. The later of which can be quite nice.
Brute Fighting (for completeness!) and Stable Footing from RoE. Personally love using and ignoring difficult terrain.

Thanks for the missing feats, however, stable footing isn't warforged. I'll have to go in the General Feat handbook, when I get around to that.

Otherwise, I finally finished updating the various notes in varous sub sections. So everything else is now caught up. I plan on an official update to beta 03 version as soon as those people who requested to review the Psionomicon get back to me.

So I can keep track of who's doing a read through, I'm only handing out the link to people who PM me. So PM me if you are a big fan of Psionics. All I ask if some feedback on how you light the layout, or if you think there is something in particular you want.

I could've PM'd this but it seems info that should be widely known:

As a reviewer, what information(@this time) and commentary would assist you as project leader?

Myself, I am unsure if I have the proper time to be of realistic assistance, but I still have a desire to help since I have found your work to be a valuable aid with the handbooks I have written and now am forced to revise by sifting these helpful compilations. Good show.

I started looking through 'METAPSIONIC FEATS V1.02.doc', and I noticed for the Chain Power feat it recommends Aversion, and another non-damaging powers despite the feat saying:
"You can chain any power that affects a single target and that deals either acid, cold, electricity, fire, or sonic damage. "
So recommending Aversion, Charm, etc doesn't make sense for the described feat since it's the XPH version.

The version from Dragon #287 feat only requires it be a power with a single target and range greater than touch (so Aversion, Charm, etc would be valid for this version). It also doesn't require the expenditure of Psi focus (since it's 3.0).

In the "Weapons-Shields v4.04.doc", "Chain, Barbed" is listed as bludgeoning and slashing.  It should be bludgeoning and piercing (Savage Species, p45)

"Pole, Entangling" is listed as "Type: Piercing" instead of "Type: P"
"Pole, Grasping" is listed as "Type: Bludgeoning" instead of "Type: B"

Arg. I did a copy pasta from my work in the metamagic section and did not read it clearly. Well. Chain sucks now. I'll have to correct that.

Grafts v1.01
"Unfortunately, there are no real rules on Graft location and numbers. Eberron simply stated you cannot have more than five and moves on."

From Magic of Eberron p.126
"No portion of the body (head, skin, flesh, legs, and arms) can have more than one graft."

These five locations are the five graft slots.
The individual graft descriptions in MoE also include a Graft Location entry, corresponding to these slots.

In v1.03, I noticed you never changed the editor note for Obdurium material. Adamantine weapons bypass the hardness of any metal less than 20. Since Obdurium has a hardness of 30...

Forgive the lapse, I currently have RL issues with multiple cats going into organ failure. It's a bit of a drain on my coffers. I will update it before the next release. In fact, right now.

Editor: When it comes to weapons, there is no real advantage of this over adamantine. They both overcome the same hardness (20). However, when it comes to making armor, you definitely want this over adamantine, because the additional 10 points of hardness will certainly make sundering much more of a problem.

That's the update.

You can’t sunder armor worn by another character.

Ohh  :-\ really ?
I think that would 99.9% nerf Dirty Trick #4, and psly4mne's Knuth's Up-Arrow build.
I suppose salvaging it would need extra heads, extra skins(?!) , extra arms etc ... and maybe some wishes too.

so you can either have a Fiendish Jaw or a Fearsome Eye, since they are both head-based?

what about Feathered Wings, are those the Skin or Flesh slot?
