Those are "old" grafts, there's no limit on those. These slots (as well as the only 1-type of graft per body) rule only apply to "new" grafts, as far as I know.
Grafts are a rules clusterfuck thanks to WotC not bothering to retroactively update.

I have busted my hand. I am learning how to write stuff with dragon dictate and frankly, healing is exhausting. I have updates, but they are increasingly difficult to edit. just an FYI.

In the weapons-shields book it seems to be missing the rules for "a special garrote attack"

Where did you pull the stats for the Maquahuitl from? You've got

(click to show/hide)

but in MM IV pg 88, it:
- Is a Martial Weapon
- Deals 1d8 (small) or 1d10 (medium)
- Has a critical of 20/x2
- Deals Bludgeoning or Piercing damage

It looks like you accidentally copied the stats of the Minotaur Greathammer.

which is kinda odd stats either way, considering that south americans could decapitate a horse with a single blow using one of those. it also should have the distinction as being the earliest known weapon that could be field-stripped and repaired.

They are a bag of mechanics with an interesting name from real world history. No need to allocate real world feats with it. Its not a milsim.

There's a spell missing. Animal Friendship. It's a 3.0-only druid spell in the 3.0 PHB. The EVD does reference it under the Animal Tricks spell, so if for some reason you decide not to include it, you may want to add an editor's note under that spell.

Just so you know, in Oriental Adventures, the Shaman class can befriend an animal with this spell, but for whatever reason it doesn't appear on their spell list. The errata may correct this

The 3.0 spell animal friendship was replaced by Charm Animal. However, your note about the Shaman class does bear investigation, since one would think that if they can use animal friendship, they should get charm animal in 3.5.

Yes, actually, they do. I shall add it to the Shaman spell list.

Thank you for this wonderful resource! I hope you don't mind if I heavily utilize it for research for my cleric handbook?

I found an error: WSAs Extrapolated, in the Constricting Whip entry, says Shining South is 3.0. None of the other ShS entries in that document say 3.0.

Edit: "Studded Leather, Impact" is mischaracterized in Armor v1.02. The armor is penetrated by piercing if it's DR 1/piercing, and thus "The wearer gains some amount of damage reduction against piercing attacks" is untrue.

So you have a weapon called the "Battle Gauntlet" in your weapon handbook listed as being found in both Arms and Equipment Guide and Sword and Fist.

I can't find it in either of those books, could you find the page number for it or is it in a different book.

He has it listed in the wrong book(s).

It's actually in Races of Faerun, p154, with table A-1 being on p155.
Burning Battle Gauntlets is a magic weapon on p171.

The spell list is missing a spell - Dream Image from the adventure "Bastion of Lost Souls", p45 (a 3.0 adventure)
