I've read a lot about Telflammar Shadowlord, but never looked at it. Checking him out now. Does he gain momentum at level 11?

Edit: Checked him out. That's exactly what I was looking for. Use the move, swift, and standard actions to teleport and full attack thrice.

The only issue with TSL is that in a tier 4-5 party, it may seem brokenly powerful.

But yeah, I believe ardent/swordsage is the best entry, although for best manifesting, entry IS slightly delayed in my builds.

Take a look at the Chrono-hood.  Take the Arcane Hunter ACF for your ranger level and swap some feats around for the TWF stuff.

4) Mana Shield - Magina has extra spell defense.
It may sound silly to some of the optimizers here, but for a melee-focused build, monk has excellent spell defense. Even one level of monk gives you +2 to all saves.

It sounds silly because it is silly.  If all you're going for is a saving throw improvement, at least make it a worthwhile one.

A 1-level warblade dip gets you 3 maneuvers, and if your warblade initiator level is high enough (5), all 3 of them can be the diamond mind maneuvers that replace saving throws with Concentration checks.  So you can have a +2 to all saving throws, or you can replace all saving throws with level+3 (ranks) +Con +any bonuses you have to that skill (laughably cheap*), and natural 1 doesn't fail if the check result still meets or beats the DC.  Plus you get a 1st-level warblade stance out of the dip, probably Hunter's Sense for the ever-handy Scent ability if you really don't care about being a martial adept.

Hunter's Sense is a no-go since you won't have the one pre-req TC maneuver. Bolstering Voice, however, is open. That means (assuming your Int is 12 or higher):

All 3 DM Concentration/save replacers
+2 base Fort
+1 insight Reflex
+2 morale Will (to all your nearby allies, and +4 vs. fear)

So, in and of itself the Warblade dip only +1 less Reflex bonus (the save with generally weakest effects) compared to a Monk dip (as far as saves are concerned), so you're not even losing a noticeable amount of what you were looking for in the first place.

Ahh, whoops.  Hunter's Sense is such an easy qualify I forgot it actually had prerequisites.
"Whoops, forgot to roll my fire and holy damage."
"I doubt she's going to make a DC 111 Fort save, anyway."

Tiger claw is lame like that... have to take a weak maneuver before you get the good stuff.

The Shadow Cloak from Drows of the Underdark should give additional immediate 10' teleports
