@Shiki: If you are trying to play a psionic monk, I suggest using the Tashalatora feat instead.

That monk version makes it easier to incorporate Tashalatora though.

My healer and divine mind are done, with the posts by others I'm leaning heavily towards the healer.

@Shiki: Very true, however, the ki styles are terribly unbalanced. With such obvious choices as Ki Focus Style (spending power points on a 1:1 ratio to increase initiative) or Feral Beast Style (making your unarmed strikes count as two size categories larger  :twitch), I cannot fairly rule that this version of the monk is still T5. Sorry.

@lans: Excellent! We're one more character away from being able to start  :clap

Kevin, you are correct. We have about four pages of people saying they are interested, but so far you're the only one that's actually made a character. Viper, feel free to use either CW Samurai or OA Samurai. As for your questions, I'm starting at four players because it seems getting three more people to create characters is as difficult as pulling shark teeth. Having a character ready in this case does indicate actual interest. Lastly, I'm not budging on the average wealth bit. Assuming the party's first act of adventure is not riding gallantly off a cliff, you will be just fine for gold.
Admittedly, it's really weird to have a knight wear studded leather, and not a chain shirt. As mentioned before, the starting packages for the knights are most definitely not average gold cost (I originally went with the Cavalier build). However, I still managed to pull something off.
I reject your reality and substitute my own.

Aaw okay. It's kind of 3rd party material anyhow, so it's fine I guess. I just hope I'll have the time to thinker something fast, this game feels so interesting.

EDIT: I could always play a paladin like this one below:

Stub I posted some times ago:

Mhm?

silverbrow human paladin 20 (harmonious knight sub levels)

15+ cha, 15 int, str>con>dex>wis

1-from smite to song
human-dynamic priest
3-lingering song
6-initiate of milil
9-devoted performer
12-dragonfire inspiration
15-words of creation
18-open

paladin acfs/variants: w/e
music of creation: trade inspire competence for song of the heart
switch other bards song to your liking

items: badge of valor, mwk? lute, vest of legends, battle rattle, continuous item of harmonize

spell: inspirational boost

From Smite to Song (Champion of Valor) effectively gives you Inspire Courage Bardic Music.
Initiate of Milil (Champion of Valor) is awesome.
Devoted Performer (Complete Adventurer) for more Bardic Music daily uses.

Anyway, the stub is far from perfect but is food for thoughts; I also am not sure if you can take those Bard ACFs' songs from your (I think "effective") Bard levels? ???

Would that be fine? My sheet can be ready real soon if this is okay.

So far you guys have a samurai, a healer or divine mind, and a knight.  A paladin joining would make for an interesting group dynamic of lawful buddies, but it lacks a trapfinder/skillmonkey.

Since Shadowviper went samurai, a ninja would work.  The expert I was planning on would have difficulties contributing, and even though I could go ninja I think I'll bow out.  Shiki is more experienced in PbP and would probably fare better.

Nothing saying we can't have five. Just that things will start with four.

You could do Ninja and be skillmonkey just fine. With that paladin I'd be the "bard" and whatnot, though with bad spells and next to no skills except for social ones. It would balance out nicely I think.

Exactly. I'm not turning people away, just saying that once we have four I'll actually start the in-game thread.

In that case, I'm going to get a ninja ready.  I was under the impression you were limiting it to four.  lol

Okay if we use the starting package equipment for each class? (Liked Kevin's idea) Or keep it strictly average gold?

http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheetview.php?sheetid=362831 is my character so far.

Once I've had some sleep I'll decide on his equipment.

I have a feeling dragons won't like gnomes much because of the SLAs.

Ah, your Healer... Studded Leather is a mixture of leather and metal, isn't it? Healer oaths penalize you for wearing metal armours.

Not enough metal for me to call it out. Studded leather is fine, lans.

I'm guessing you're working on the game thread now?

What dice roller are we using?

Rolled 1d6 : 2, total 2

Rolled 1d20+5 : 7 + 5, total 12

Rolled 2d10 : 4, 2, total 6

The built-in dice roller is easy to use, so I see no real need to go find another one  :D

As for the game thread, yes indeed I am.

I didn't even know we had a dice roller. I've always used Invisible Castle. How exactly do you use it? Click on the roller, and type in a number?
