Level 20 Mystic Theurge War Weaver build

Okay so playing a level. 20 one shot game next weekend for my birthday.  DM had us roll stats and I will post them below.  Mostly decided on going W 2 / A 1 / MT 10 / WW 5 / and I'm stuck at the last 2 levels

We are allowed LA buyoff so I can add 3 levels of LA for free without issues

Stats  13,16,14,17,14,18

Going Ilumian currently with 2 flaws and improved sigil Krau for early entry to Mystic Theurge.  Any templates I can add to boost int can't remember off hand and any ways to take and change personal spells to touch?

What would be my best options for the last 2 levels? I would prefer to add to wizard casting as I am. 1 level off of 9th Level spells as of right now

Still mulling over AFC's for wizard so any suggestions would be great

template wise the best i see is Spellwarped.

races,

Domovoi is +2 LA lots of ability bonuses including +4 Int.

and an honorable mention for Pixie at 4 LA.

edit, i just re noticed the Illumian bit, so scratch the the races...

It's ok.  I just looked up Spellwarped and love it.  Both mechanically and flavor wise based off the Illumian background of coming from a magic language and all.  Amazing that it fits so nicely like that.

So while going over my books and looking at my posted build the only things that are a must is Illumian  archivist and war weaver.  Most likely going to add in the Spellwarped template I know if you cast spontaneously you can get into War Weaver can it be done as an archivist ?

War Weaver needs third-level arcane spells, either spontaneous or prepared. So if you want archivist, you'll need to Theurge, Alternate Spell Source, Geometer, or something. (I think those are the normal three suggestions, unsure)

For alternate source spell you need to be able to car both arcane and divine for it to work.  So are thier any feats that let you cast arcane spells even if they are cantrips? Otherwise I'm going to need to use southern magician and be human ( small change to my back story. )
