I got into it a looong time ago and have to say the game itself is not so good but some of the models are spectacular.

For example, Nagash:

Money is one reason why i'm never going to get into ity, what i'm unsure at this point is if i wanna do a stand alone diorama with just the one i'm working on or see about getting some figures to go with it

I always liked the minis and paints, and the fluff was ok, but goddamn the rules were clunky at best.

Oh man, did I just engage in an awesome tabletop.  And on the introduction of my character too.

Tyranid Trygon is the go to sandworm in setting, unless you are going for a generic one?

Next game I'm playing a crabby gnome sorcerer from a company of sellswords who is afraid of dogs.
Or maybe a Dragonborn paladin from a cursed village who constantly puts himself in danger just to prove a point.
I'm not arguing, I'm explaining why I'm right.

I now want to play a game of D&D where everyone gets a character prompt from that site.

No rerolls are allowed.
"There is happiness for those who accept their fate, there is glory for those that defy it."

"Now that everyone's so happy, this is probably a good time to tell you I ate your parents."

Bitchy Gnome Monk from a pompous wizard school who fights for species equality.  That's an ... interesting result.
What do I win?
An awesome-five for mentioning Penny Arcade's On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness.

Determined Human Paladin from the pirate infested isles who has been exiled twice under different names.

Pirates must've exiled him for being a paladin?  And then he got exiled from a snobbish elf kingdom on the mainland because of his crude pirate dialect and mannerisms?
What do I win?

A surly Tiefling Bard from the inner city slums who was, until recently, employed to run a dungeon.
That's... Semi-accurate really.
