FUSSY DRAGONBORN SORCERER FROM THE WORST BROTHEL IN TOWN WHO IS SECRETLY FOND OF EMBROIDERY

Just... wow. I wouldn't expect my first to be quite that... gay. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Friendly Dwarf Monk from the long abandoned mines who is cursed to speak in sentences of exactly ten words.

Now I'm reminded of that Whose Line game where they could only speak in sentences with a certain number of words.  Also Fistbeard Beardfist.

That reminds me, I still have to find a way to play Where In Time is Carmen Sandiego again.

That game was my childhood, but you can't load it on modern computers (the installation code is 8-bit. It's that old. And last time I checked, GOG didn't have a copy.)

I still have the CD.  I don't remember anything from the game sadly.

lol, 1992 for IMB PC/Tandy or 100% compatibles.  Interesting.

Hm, speaking of old games I really miss the Mac version of S.C.OUT.  Damn that was a nice puzzle game.

I still have vague memories of how to solve half the puzzles. I have a feeling I could speedrun the first half if you stuck me in front of a computer that could run it.

Fun Fact: They were all based off the true stories of Eiji, back when I had a time machine and that broken Ring of Sleight of Hand +40,000.  I can't believe I got away with that as long as I did, ho ho ho.

Have you tried the internet archive?  They uploaded a ton of classic games on it.

I haven't; I think I'll try it, though.

EDIT: They have the first version; sadly, the version I played as a kid was the second version... I'll have to check under its other name.

EDIT EDIT: Sadly, they don't have the 1997 version  :(

I don't know if I've linked this before, but...

Concerto for Laser and Enemies

This was on the Commodore Amiga. And, as far as I can tell, it only used two of the four channels (one for each speaker) - meaning that it's technically 8-bit.

Chris Huelsbeck was a genius.
