Monsters with Inspire Courage/Bardic Music

Do any monsters have inspire courage?  Do any advance as bards so I can use various Inspire Courage boosters while customizing them?

Several of the Eladrin from the BoED gain Bardic Music.  Most notably the Fierre and the Tulani.

While this isn't exactly what you're asking for, you might be interested: the gloura gets bardic spells (7th level bardic casting), as well as Cha to AC and saves (and massive ability score adjustments: Dex +10, Con +2, Wis +2, Cha +6) all for LA +2 and 7 racial (fey) hit dice. It's from the Underdark book, but available in an online excerpt as well.

Lillend (MM1) casts spells and has the bardic music ability as a 6th level bard

Gnomes, Merfolk, Saytr have bard as their favored class.

FWIW, I searched for "bard" in MM1, 2, & 3.  Can't do it for MM4, 5, or Fiend Folio.

Ruin Chanter, MM5 page 132, has the bardic music of a 12th level bard.

Good plan.  MM4 has nothing of interest, MM5 has the Ruin Chanter, and FF has nothing of interest.
Edit: Monsters of Faerun doesn't have anything, either.

Queen Morwel, Faerinaal, and Gwynharwyf (BOED-150) all have bardic music as 20th level bards that they can concentrate on as a free action.  I think they're dieties.

Firre (BOED-169) has "Song" which is bardic music with unlimited uses
Tulani (BOED-171) have bardic music as 18th level bards

Antilla (BOVD-163) is a specific NPC that's Bard 20

Battle dragons have inspire courage I believe.
