Didn't realize the BrilliantGameologists boards had been abandoned. Pretty much stopped checking after they started messing up.
I try not to share too much personal information on the internet, so I'd rather not mention my real name or location, and I don't belong to any social networks. I don't really have any non-gaming hobbies either-- gaming takes up too much time for more hobbies.
As far as mechanical character building goes, I like 3.5e D&D and Pathfinder. I also play Magic: The Gathering (although I haven't bought any new cards in about a year) and some of the old World of Darkness games.
