One of my favourite abuses of Alterself or Metamorphosis is using it with an outsider, like the Neraph to take the form of a Visilight. With ASA or Metamorphic Transfer, I gain its ability to drain charisma and add it to myself. If i drain enough people i can pump my Cha high enough to be NI.

Using Marshal, I can make it apply to Intelligence. NI Int, now I use the Epic check to forge a copy of the pact primeval, but write myself into Godhood. I use my NI charisma to bluff all of them into believing the lie that it is the real pact, and diplomance the gods of law into being on my side. Bonus points for writing in crayon, and signing it 'regards' as opposed to kind regards, to show how annoyed you are. Migjt as well go for Greater Deity while you're there.

Other shenanigans come up when applying NI charisma to things like Lucid Dreaming and other defenceless 'skills'

Not quite.

Forgery requires writing materials appropriate to the document being forged, enough light or sufficient visual acuity to see the details of what you’re writing, wax for seals (if appropriate), and some time.

Every god with a portfolio even tangentially relating to this would be preventing such a thing weeks before you even attempt it, but assuming you were somehow immune to divine portfolio senses, (since this is a theoretical exercise and all), you still have to deal with the fact that there are 3 copies of the pact primeval, one in heaven, one in hell, and one on Mechanus. If any of them are disturbed the others are alerted, and cannot be modified. Also, overdeities don't make skill checks. They are literally beyond rules.

That's where the bluff comes in.

Yeah, but Greater Deities basically have a free hand when it comes to making more. Just trick all of them, and any overdeities will probably shrug and let you in just for pulling it off. Not like mortals don't ever become gods. :lmao

"Dear sir or madam:

I do believe your control over this reality has beome suboptimal as of late.  I wish to try, believing I could do a better job.

Signed,
The British Overlord."
