+1 Skillful Pandemonic Silver Gnomish Quickrazors combined with the Storm Knight build. Sure, it's only DC19, but combined with Time Stands Still and Island In Time, you've got yourself around 10 DC19+ saves.

Skill is +1? So 2*(45+300+8000+9000) = 34690. Which you can further optimize. You can easily afford even just 1 of those by 10th level at least.

Excuse me, but you get a draw on each attack, right? 14 attacks is what happens with TTS and the TWF line. You're saying 10. Is there an error here?

The reason I mentioned the Weekly Optimization Storm Knight was because that was a build based around wind abilities, and had a way to increase the saves on the build. From what I can see, there's no TWF feat chain in there to net the additional 3 attacks you're stating.

In any other build, you're looking at DC10 saves. Depending on the power of the opponent, there might be functionally very little difference at that level between DC19 and DC10 (it's +4 Constitution and 10 good Fort Save HD/Classes). Control Winds allows you to pump that to DC25-28, I forgot to mention that, although of course, Hurricane Force winds or Tornadoes are more likely to cause more damage than simply the fearing of your Pandaemonic Weapon.

That's pretty awesome, call them Shureek-ens.
Casual tv version would be a standard martial arts "master"
flinging small green-screen frisbees, with a face plastered
on afterwards ala the 2nd Riddick movie.  And they'd scream.

So harkening back a page, would this work ??

Not unless the dragon can demonstrate a human in the wood pile. I was again imprecise when i referenced half dragons; the non dragon half should have been understood to be human.

Oh, right. I forgot about the wind speed thingy for the Pandeomic Silver. Thanks for clearing that up.

Footsaw Trap is even awesomer

Quote
A victim caught if a footsaw trap can move at half speed if the device is not attached to another object (such as to a tree or boulder by a length of chain). If it is attached in such a fashion, the victim must break the attachment, otherwise he cannot move.

it doesn't mention the other object must heavy or firmly planted, it only requires the trap to be attached to another object. To break free, you need to break the attachment, not the piece of paper that is held by a rope, but the rope itself.

just attach a trap w a magical hardened adamantine giant chain to a piece of cloth, they need to break the super tough chain, not the object its tied to.

My head hurts after reading Zook's post.

Maybe I'll laugh at it later when I don't think he is serious.

Races of FR

Soro... Why? You have to break the attachment, and the chain is the attachment device. It doesn't say you can destroy the object it is attached to to get free.

But you can destroy the object.  Then the trap is no longer attached to an object.

I think we're into metaphysics territory. It's a koan: You have a door between two rooms. One of the rooms is utterly destroyed, but the other room is entirely untouched. Do you still have a door?

It's zen man.

Aw yeah, the 1/2Drag part would be human.
But I'm going for the cheese (!) with a Dragon + Half Dragon.
