Yup =). The difficulty is getting tumble as a class skill, but if you are caring about tumble, you will have it anyway, so it's cool. I'm playing a Battle Sorcerer Swiftblade with a Marshal dip for Motivate Dexterity. Well worth it on a Cha heavy base class like Battle Dancer (dur), or, especially Swashbuckler, who if you grit your teeth long enough, can take 10.
In regards to the Magic Items as feats, it's on Pg128 of the A+EG. One thing to note is that it doesn't actually provide the prerequisites, and each feat costs for its prerequisites. It's not as simple as giving someone say Bear Fang, as they'd have the feat, but the inability to use it due to lacking the requisite feats. So not only would the feat cost a minimum of 10K+ 5-10K for each prerequisite (so 35-60K), but you'd have to pay for each of those feats you don't already have. It soon gets expensive for that purpose, if you're a WBL stickler. I tend to just count the feat itself as around 10K for WBL purposes as a rough estimate to help out mundanes as opposed to casters. The downside is that it "relegates" Fighters further into NPC status.
