Looks to me to be pretty clearly saying you get your Shield bonus to your Touch AC in both feats.
A Shield Bonus is a Bonus type and all and doesn't stack with itself... *shrugs*

Blueshine: This quality can be applied only to metal armor, which gains a blue-black color when so treated. The armor never tarnishes and is immune to acid and rust attacks. The wearer also gains a +5 circumstance bonus on Hide checks. This bonus does not stack with the Hide bonus granted by a cloak of elvenkind.Caster Level: 12th; Prerequisites: Craft Magic Arms and Armor, spellcaster 12th level+, 5+ ranks in Alchemy; Market Price: +1 bonus.
cheap way to add +5 to all your Hide checks

Quote from: Arms and Equipment
Saddle of Growth: When a command word is uttered, this saddle causes a horse, mule, or donkey to increase by one size category. For example, a horse, which is normally Large (long), would increase to Huge (long) while wearing the saddle. Another command word causes the steed to shrink back to its normal size. This effect can be done three times a day.
Caster Level: 9th; Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, animal growth; Market Price: 48,600 gp; Weight: 25 lb.
doesn't seem to say how long it lasts, doesn't seem to refer to the spell's duration either. does only the size increase trigger the 3/day, or do both?

Quote from: Arms and Equipment
Sparring Dummy of the Master: This battered wooden dummy is designed for monks to practice their striking and blocking techniques. It consists of a plain round wooden post that stands 6 feet high and 1 foot thick. Six smaller posts stick out horizontally from the post, roughly representing a defending enemy’s limbs. To gain the benefit of its magic, a person with at least one level in monk must train with the dummy 8 hours a day for four weeks. If the training is ever interrupted for more than a 24 hours, she must begin again. If this training is interrupted twice, the monk can never gain the benefit of the sparring dummy. Once she has completed the required training, the monk is allowed to make a 10-foot adjustment whenever she can normally make a 5 foot adjustment. Caster Level: 5th; Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, haste; Market Price: 30,000 gp; Weight: 40 lb.
10ft-step for the total price of 15k? hell yeah! (sell after your training)

It's been updated in MIC, so it now grants only a +2 competence bonus to Hide, but the price has also been reduced to a flat 1,500 gp.  Makes the enchantment much, much cheaper if you're planning on putting on other stuff like +5 enhancement, Ghost Ward, and/or Soulfire.

Given the price, I would assume that the duration is indefinite.  And it would be 3 growths per day, the shrinking is just an end to a single use.

Figured that

Aroma of Curdled Death (MIC 150), Aroma of Dreams (MIC 150), Domain Draught (MIC 156), Dragon's Draught (MIC 157)

among others, the above items have no # of uses activated/item. Does that default to unlimited, since all the single use items I can think of specify single use

Considering that you have to apply or drink them, I think it's implied that they are 1-use items, much like other potions, oils, and the like.

I know that, but there are quite a few elixirs that actually state they are used up when drunk. It seems that, since these don't, they are not specified as single use. (can't find anything in the RC, SRD, or RC that state the default # of uses when not specified)

RAI definitely = single use.

RAW seems a little fuzzy on the verbage.

You mean for the price of having a level of monk? No, UMD does not let you be a monk for the prereq's. Emulate a class feature =/= emulate a class, and neither is it covered by activate blindly. Oh, and the low, low price of having to take 4 weeks out of adventuring.

So i am not being a negative nelly, AEG has the ability to get custom items with feats, with a cost per requisite. It works really well when ypu have stuff which you can gradually improve over time.

One of my favourite as a DM is giving my party intelligent magic items with feats which provode access to new skills, like Apprentice, City Slicker, etc, and the Open Minded feat. Others include Wild/Hidden Talent/Magical Training/Shape soulmeld/open chakra/bind vestige etc.

10ft steps are pretty powerful, quite a few things trigger when moving at least 10ft (skirmish comes to mind)

yeah, monk could be a bit limiting, but this is more for monky type character, not a wizardy one.

just get stuffed into a weird time demiplane for a bit

Doesn't Oriental Adventures give you the option for 10 foot steps from tumble for a DC 40. I mean, a +17 to tumble from an item is under 30k, right? And that's more useful? And you don't have to be a monk?

What page are the pricing rules for feats in AEG?

The Inner Beauty spell (bard 4) from FCI gives a good-aligned character a +4 sacred bonus to Dex and Cha for 10min/level. Nice buff.

Yup =). The difficulty is getting tumble as a class skill, but if you are caring about tumble, you will have it anyway, so it's cool. I'm playing a Battle Sorcerer Swiftblade with a Marshal dip for Motivate Dexterity. Well worth it on a Cha heavy base class like Battle Dancer (dur), or, especially Swashbuckler, who if you grit your teeth long enough, can take 10.

In regards to the Magic Items as feats, it's on Pg128 of the A+EG. One thing to note is that it doesn't actually provide the prerequisites, and each feat costs for its prerequisites. It's not as simple as giving someone say Bear Fang, as they'd have the feat, but the inability to use it due to lacking the requisite feats. So not only would the feat cost a minimum of 10K+ 5-10K for each prerequisite (so 35-60K), but you'd have to pay for each of those feats you don't already have. It soon gets expensive for that purpose, if you're a WBL stickler. I tend to just count the feat itself as around 10K for WBL purposes as a rough estimate to help out mundanes as opposed to casters. The downside is that it "relegates" Fighters further into NPC status.

Personally I like Righteous Aura (paladin 4), +4 Sacred to Cha and 1hr/cl.

You also glow like Daylight and detonate when killed (up to 20d6 dmg), kind of meh and a Rogue screw over but the Spell is great for Charisma optimization.

FCI I think also contains Devil's Ego, +4 Profane to Charisma.

Too bad, would be cool for a Teflammer Shadowlord or Deathstalker of Bhaal. They often don't care too much about dying :)

This has to be the worst item ever ...  :D
Not because it's bad, but because it'll give Fighters the idea they can survive Rust Monsters so therefore they can be awesome.
OoTS needs to do one on this.

You ever seen Kung Fu Hustle, or a similar joke version of east Asian martial arts?
Sparring Dummy could be re-fluffed a little as a Child's Stuffed Panda Bear.
Kinda like the movie Ted, but simultaneously cuter and more violent.

"Hah, sucker dm, my armor is rust proof."
"It attacks your greatsword."

Or a Jade Pheonix Mage, who can explode TWICE with Emerald Immolation and this, then revive themselves.

Give a JPM Death Throes and they become experts on self destructing. Final Strike may apply, as well.

Wasn't sure of Emerald Immolation counted as death. Grabbing the subtype for Final Strike can be a pain.

Sparring dummy of the master could be neat ig someone could figure out how to trigger a charge of of that 10ft. of movement.
could get odd if you try and use its 10ft. of movement for the minimum distance for a charge though.

IDK. Seems like it could have some funky rules interactions in general .
Im at work so I dont really have a way to find any niche' cases though.

Mantis Leap.

Personally taken it to 540 full-attacks per round for 58 quadrillion damage.
Excluding your Strength Modifier and such of course.
