Throw in Woodling for more traits
OOOH! Neat! Most of the immunities and such are redundant here, but this is like Phrenic or Half Fey but for druid spells.

Nice catch on the dry lich thing.
Thanks. I put a good amount of research into the feat once I saw it. I probably wasn't the first person to notice how it worked, but I did make sure to tell everyone once I got it down pat.  :p

However, if you are undead while under the effect of Human Heritage, you do keep ALL of the immunities. It says so in the text.
No it doesn't. It says you retain any traits common to all creatures of your original type. Which I think your confusing the meaning of original with D&D's usage of "base" in Templates, through I have no idea how since they are not in any way similar.

Requirements for the Feat is Half-Human or Human Descended (literately helf or horc), as intended the original type is Humanoid(elf/orc) which really has no benefits to start with. And yet it names Darkvision as an example, a Half-Orc Racial Trait that has absolutely nothing to do with Type benefits. You also have Savage Species's Type pyramid which states in it's purposes its about Types, not Template application.

1. You can't even prove it means last Type vs original as the text says.
2. It can be proven it's discussing Racial Traits, not Type Traits and fyi, it doesn't even say "all traits" to suggest both.
3. Savage Species applies and says you're Undead.
vs
"I would say that if you have the feat, it overrides your templates/etc."

:clap Great point there bluff.  :rolleyes

Moving on...
Arboreal Transformation, you turn your enemy into a loyal treant whom will "die" and turn into a tree in a couple of weeks. Since it's Transmutation and not Enchantment[Charm] or some such so it's a great way to steal an enemy's troops and use it against them.

Careful SorO, the feat references the sidebar that says that halfdragons and planetouched count as human descended. They at least are RAI. Now whether you continue to qualify for the feat when you become undead is a good question. Seems nebulous; as DM, I'd rule no, but mostly 'cause I honestly want to.

Edit: snowbluff seems to have refuted my RAW contention that the type pyramid is important to the issue regarding the feat; your type indeed changes, but you seem to keep the feat. The only way to lose the benefits that I see is to be disqualified for the feat, say, by no longer being human descended. RAW, acquiring a template may or may not do this. RAI, as DM, I'd say becoming undead does it, but its murky, since the sidebar references outsiders, and they are at the same tier as undead on the type pyramid.

As for arboreal transformation, that's a pretty nasty save or die effect. Break enchantment soul fix it, though, since it can fix instantaneous transformations.

Careful SorO, the feat references the sidebar that says that halfdragons and planetouched count as human descended.
I'm 100% aware of the Rules Variant section that replaces Human Heritage does actually say you keep your Type-based traits under the Human Descended section.

But Human Heritage does not include Human Descended, Variant Rules part of the default Rule structure, and HH does not say you keep your Type-based traits.
Additionally, if such a variant is allowed than there is no discussion on HH to begin with because the HH Feat only exists if the variant isn't used.

Apples and oranges.

That variant section is different from what you are trying to make it.

the variant is that certain half-humans can their abilities (half-elves count as elves and humans, planetouched become humanoids, etc.), which is the variant

Human Heritage refers to the variant section is to determine WHAT races might be eligible for the feat, as says in the feat. Those are two completely different things (changing racial features vs. what race is eligible for the feat).

without that section at all, how do you determine what races are eligible for the Human Heritage feat? It doesn't list which. So the feat can't be used by anyone?

oh.. And Human Heritage has 'Human Descended' as a prereq

Mind Blank doesn't affect objects, only creatures.*

You are Mind Blanked and Superior Invisible, nothing can see you, not even with true seeing!

True seeing can still see all your gear.  It's not hard to attack you when you are outlined by your clothes.

*There are several spells that DO also affect a target's gear (Invisibility, Nondetection, Resist Energy), but all explicitly say as such in the spell's description.  Mind Blank doesn't.

Kind of thinking a high Speed would let you run through a couple of those to smack opponents. But yeah there is a chance you zip way off into the sunset (6 squares = 30ft) and into another room or something. Best used in a large battle field.

Sweet. I think you get what I meant.

vs
"I would say that if you have the feat, it overrides your templates/etc."

1)  "You are treated as a humanoid with the human subtype for the purpose of adjudicating all effects."
2) Irrelevant. My type is undead. As a result, my traits are undead. Only effects treat me as Humanoid.

Furthermore, it says traits. Traits of your type, actually. "If you are already a humanoid, you gain the human subtype. In either case, you retain any other subtypes you had (such as orc or extraplanar), and you retain any traits common to all creatures of your original type (such as darkvision)."
So a templated Helf that's an Outsider would retain dark vision.
3) Never mind, you agree.  :lmao

Finally, it says you have to be "human-descended."
According to Google, being "descended" in this sense means you're a blood relative. It's actually a fluff requirement for most things aside from humans, who have a hard time not being descended from humans.
Scattering Trap, a Shadow Pouncer's wet dream.

Stand is a pretty funny spell for this. It's a pretty funny spell overall. "Ugh, I hate getting up in the morning. Maybe I should make a spell that let's me get out of bed faster!"

Quote from: Heroes of Battle pg106
Adaptation
The dread commando is a heavily armored quick-strike specialist. For characters who are not strong enough to avoid being encumbered by heavy armor, you could replace the class’s armor abilities with a concealment progression, in which dread commandos benefit from a cumulative 5% miss chance per level when in natural terrain. This benefit allows unarmored or lightly armored commandos an opportunity to join a quick-strike team and provides them a defensive benefit to make up for their lack of the heavier armor.
PEr level is Bloodline friendlily ^_^

Warblade 5 / Concealment Dread Commando 5 / Feat Uncanny Trickster(d. warrior) 3 / Legacy Champion(trickster) 4 / Major Bloodline 3

Concealment: 90% (or does it stack will full-concealment for 140%?)
Bloodline adds three to Dread Warrior, three to Trickster (whom adds to dread warrior), and three to Legacy (whom adds to trickster). Trickster doesn't advance at the 1st level and Legacy doesn't advance at the 1st and 7th. 5+3, 2+3, (4+3)-2 for 1st/7th. 18*5=90.

You also provide a +18 bonus to you and all your ally's Initiative and thanks to the Feat Adaptation of Uncanny Trickster, have ten additional Bonus Feats.

Heck, I may have my next Enlightenment subject.

For add convolution, have your Legacy Champion levels leveling your Uncanny Trickster levels, which are progressing Dread Commando...

Of course, how could I forget that? As a wizard, it was the obvious solution.  :rolleyes

IIRC, Bloodlines are XP costs, not actual levels. You can just have all of the bloodlines, and crank the crap out of the feature immediately.

Pandemonic Silver Quickrazors could get fun. Each time you draw them they scream forcing a save. Just have girallon arms and you can use 6 quickrazors.

just get a smith to melt 75 gp together, now you have a nice improvised gold orc shot put. Can you buy some adamantine shurikens and melt them together for an adamantine shot put?

stygian ice mouth darts?
walk around with a smoking mouth dart hanging out of your mouth?
