It is sadly the result of being someone for whom 'finding things to do' is extremely hard, but getting in stupid and pointless arguments is very easy.

Also, I have no idea how I have gained so much respect when I know basically nothing.

But that would imply that you can only gain one respect for a post, whilst it's more like I have somehow conjured up pearls of wisdom from the depths of my mind, then a few people have decided that it's worth acknowledging.

What I don't get is what I could have said to get that sort of response.
