Got my physical functional capacity exam results back.  I am cleared only to work jobs that are completely sedentary, require no form of lifting ot manipulation, and even then they advise I undergo job specific testing to ensure I can actually still pull it off. 

In short, I have the physical capabilities of an injured man 25 years older than my current age.

i hear you... Not two weeks ago I had to be in the phone for three hours, plugging and unplugging my router, when I knew from the start they just hadn't connected internet to the house. After 3 hours, they finally agreed with me... And sent a tech out... Four days later than that. :/

Since this is finally all official does that at least mean that you'll start getting the kind of assistance you need and stop getting fucked over so much?

We'll see.  I'm past the cutoff date for introducing new evidence so it probably won't help until next appeal.  My doctor was stunned.  He knew I didn't feel good but he was rather shocked at the examiners recommendations.

Lesson of the day learned: if you want something done well, do it yourself.

I am THROUGH dealing with networks like they're arcane, bizarre things with a mind of their own. From now on, I'm doing my own research and doing EVERYTHING I can before resorting to tech support.

So a client was falling and I caught her. She was rather small and I was off ballance so I brought her close to my body to hold her. This involved me holding her head to protect it. Once we were stable, I took her to the couch to check to make sure she wasn't injured.

A coworker only caught end of it and reported that I "Grabbed her and forced her to the couch." Which has resulted in me being suspended without pay. I'm free to use up my vacation time if I want to keep getting pay checks while my case is reviewed.

Estimated time to resolution: 3 to 12 months.

I understand the whole "zero tolerance" thing, but this is insane. You know what? I think I finally hate people enough to get back into being a bill collector. Maybe mortgages. I like the idea of strip mining the equity out of central new york. Maybe I can cause a second great recession.

In this case, Batman vs Captain America. I knew the video was going down hill as soon as I seen the super-sized emphasis on Arkham Origin's shock gauntlets.

For those of you who don't know. Black Panther is Marvel's version of Batman. Super rich, futuristic gear, magical items, totally unbreakable armor, among the smartest guys on earth (currently 8th) and knows everything his linage knew, mastered virtually every single martial art and uses stealth.

Well the dark magical rituals this site must run on do tend to have fairly stronger connections than the little router boxes hiding in some cabinet out of the way somewhere do.
