Would like some help! paladin/fighter/FeatRogue

I am currently building a level 5 character. I was thinking Fighter, Paladin of Freedom (not good at being LG, barely can handle being good XD) and Feat Rogue.
Hopefully will be going epic. We currently are only allowed Core books(PHB 1&2, DMG 1&2, MM 1-6), Spell compendium and anything on the srd.
I am having to cover both tanking and healing positions. Rest of the party is such Druid and Sorcerer both some form of good(required). I would like to use both combat focus feats and Sword and board tactics.

I have ideas for feats but overall open for changing.

Rolled stats are such 17, 18, 15, 16, 16, 18 (I got lucky)

As for my ideas on feats (no special order) :
Combat Focus, Combat Stability, Combat Vigor
Improved Shield Bash
Shield specialization
Shield ward
Agile Shield Fighter
Combat Reflexes
Combat Expertise
Active Shield Defense
Robilar's Gambit

Please any and all help would be nice.

As ~20-30 hp that your lay on hands is going to heal isn't going to be enough, just go straight cleric and you'll be fine. You have the stats to get combat reflexes/standstill with a reach weapon (upgrade to robilar's later) and get enough spells to heal everyone/buff up.

At level 5? You don't need actual spellcasting to pull off healing. Just make your party chip in for a wand of Lesser Vigor, at 750gp it gives you a return of 500hp. You can use it even with just one level of Paladin.
In-combat healing? Well, unless you get access to Tome of Battle, there's little chance of gaining a meaningful way of doing that.
You could dip Dragon Shaman for Aura of Vigor - free healing up to 50% of maximum health for everyone.

Oor you can just go Cleric5 (buy the wand anyway), and roll with 3rd level spells.

EDIT: Oooh, everything on SRD? Can you ask your DM if online Wizards resources are also allowed?

What's Feat Rogue doing for you in this build? 

Given the goal of Tanking + Healing, as others have noted, a melee Cleric is a better option.  Unless you wanted to eschew full spellcasting.  I believe the Prestige Paladin is on the SRD, so you can just go with that, assuming you can get the DM to swing Prestige Paladin of Freedom.  Otherwise, ditch Paladin entirely and go for Clericy goodness.  You can feel free to dip a couple of levels into Fighter for feats and weapons -- it's a caster level hit, but it won't ruin your life. 

Sword and Board, alas, isn't well supported in the limited sources you have.  But, hell, you're a cleric, so you don't necessarily need the most optimal fighting style.  I'd pick up Stand Still to help you be "sticky" and let you keep them on you, and then you and the Druid's Animal Companion can form an invincible shield wall.  Given that you have essentially no prestige class options available, that's sort of the best you can do.

Any casually built 2 / 2 / 2 etc build
will be somewhat decent as far as that goes.

High quality sword + board, is available
to just a few very specific c.o. builds.

Throw in a desire to also get Party Healing
and you've got too many concepts covering
too thin a ground.  And that's even with the
(ahem) "rolls" (cough) for your stats.

Can you talk the Sorc into taking 1 level of
Rogue or Feat Rogue, to be the party Face?
