Help me build this psychotic bar/fig ^^

Hi all, i'm planning to play a Barbarian/Fighter, the races allowed are those of the Player Handbook and their variants except for Half-Orc.
Right now i really like the idea of a wild elf or a human who relies on charges and fear effects wielding a big bad weapon.
I wish i could use Ferocity and Streetfigher Alternative Class Feat. for Barbarian but that's up to you.
All official manuals are aviable for pc and feats except for ToB and UA.

For the fear effects, look up the Fighter substitution levels Zhentarim Fighter and the feat Imperious Command, which combined let you attempt to cower an opponent as a swift action. Add the Never Outnumbered skill trick and the Intimidating Rage feat, and you have some very effective fear shenanigans.

As for charging, look up the feats Leap Attack, Battle Jump, Shock Trooper, and Combat Brute. Those are the bog-standard "charge for a million billion damage" feats. Don't forget to take the Spirit Lion Totem ACF for Barbarian to get Pounce.

Addendum: if you go the Imperious Command route and want to take advantage of the Charisma required, you can dip a level in Marshal to use that Charisma for any number of other things.

The trick is to not take more than 2 levels of Barbarian, and only take the 2nd if it's giving you a bonus feat you need for your build, such as Improved Trip.

Just between you and me ...  ... I don't think the Psionic Sandwich and a Psychotic Bar Fig , would get along all that well.

Maat_Mons's lovecraft PsyWar might work and for the psychotic part too.
Human PsyWar 2 with 2 flaws
feats from CPsi go Illithid Heritage, Skin and Grapple x4
then go Barb 2 / Fighter 2 with lieronet's suggestions. (pounce + imp trip)
Warmind 5+ after that, with the Pathfinder -festing stack rule.
If you feel a smidge underpowered or want more juice,
recharge can fit around level 9, and/or Illithid Savant.
(that last one would be homegame entry, but still ... )
