Yes.
Spellcasting
A spellcaster learns and casts spells as a sorcerer. She may select her spells known from the cleric, druid, and sorcerer/wizard spell lists.
A spellcaster must choose at 1st level whether to be an arcane spellcaster or a divine spellcaster. This choice has no impact on the spells that she may learn, but affects what kinds of scrolls she can use and which ability score controls her spellcasting. An arcane spellcaster may designate either Intelligence or Charisma as the ability score that determines the highest-level spell she can learn or cast, and the Difficulty Class of her spell's-saving throws. A divine spellcaster must use Wisdom to determine the highest-level spell she can learn or cast, and the DC of her spell's saving throws.
GWarrior > Fighter, but that's not too hard.
GExpert ... if you work at it, is a better and more flexible base than Rogue or similar.
GCaster is slightly better than Sorc or Favored Soul, but doesn't have the expandable Known spells like Archivist, Erudite StP, or Wizard.
Since the "bonus feats" can be those >>>average feats equivalents
and can also be Any Feat ... those classes should qualify for PrCs
with fewer contortions.
Human GE 2 / GW 2 / GCa 1 / GCd 1 / GW +X
... would get the most of those "feat" slots.
I am suspicious that some oddball feat based build = roxxors.
But in this case, you're still in Tier 3 territory.
Any Race, GE 2 / GW 2 / GCa 1 / GCd 1 ,
with Heighten tricks into Eldritch Knight 10
is better than any base class level 4 or 5 caster Gish.
Not better than c.o. gish builds, but that's another story.
