It has 2 new Maneuver Disciplines, Black Seraph and Silver Crane.  The former is a fiend/hellish-inspired school that focuses on sickening opponents, aggressive mobile charges, and unholy power.  Silver Crane focuses on strikes which can heal allies within range, light-based attacks, and some attacks which can shut down/hit incorporeal and possessing enemies.

There's also archetypes for psionic characters and a new prestige class, the Awakended Blade.  It's a martial/psionic gish.  Other than that I haven't spotted anything else yet.

Expect the first part of my Path of War review tomorrow, if conditions/Internet connectivity's ideal.
