Wind Stride (Lvl 1 Desert Wind Boost) gives you +10' enhancement bonus to your base land speed for one turn as a swift action. It would be compatible with a charge.
Absolute Steel Stance (Lvl 3 Iron Heart Stance) gives you +10' enhancement bonus to all your speeds, and if you move at least 10' you get +2 AC. As a stance, it is compatible with a charge.
While you can't initiate a Strike as the attack you get at the end of a charge, you can still use a Boost during that round (because Boosts are swift actions, and you can perform a swift action in addition to a full-round action). There are also several maneuvers that allow you to make a charge attack as part of the maneuver.
If your DM allows it, Dreamscarred Press made a feat called
Martial Charge that allows you to initiate a maneuver as your attack at the end of a charge. Be aware that Martial Charge was designed for use with the Paths of War supplement for Pathfinder which has its own disciplines and maneuvers, and might have unforeseen consequences if used with the Tome of Battle maneuvers.
