Why do we even have an emote showing a middle finger?
So we can appropriately respond to stupid questions. :fu

Cuz Minmaxboards are rood.

I suppose coating your enemy in contact poison is out. When they come out of it they are forced to save vs poison a dozen or so times?

So you literally cannot target anyone but yourself, even with harmless effects? And here I was going to suggest Combat Rhythm. :(
Hmm.

I think you'd get to force them to save vs poison immediately upon ending Time Stop... but they still wouldn't have to make the second save until long enough has passed normally for the save... and applying multiple applications of the same poison probably wouldn't force extra saves... might be able to convince your DM that the extra dosages would up the save DC though...

Something you can do as a martial in Time Stop is buff up through potions, items, and scrolls (assuming you have the proper UMD checks and everything)... even better if you can somehow manage to convince your DM that the turn counters on the buffs don't start until Time Stop ends (since usually they would freeze for the duration of time stop anyway)...

If your a Psionic Martial character use Time Stop to become Psionically Focused.

Why not?  You could put each dose on a different part of the body, and they'd have to save against each.  Really no different than being surrounded by a dozen scorpions that all sting you at once, you have to save against poison for each hit, even though it's all the same poison.

Also, just throw some bottles of green slime onto the walls/ceilings around your enemies.  When Time Stop ends, they automatically fall onto the creatures.  Or douse the area with alchemical items.

What do I win?
An awesome-five for mentioning Penny Arcade's On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness.
