Looks good to me!  As for the Bio-Drone...maybe an augmented undead (like a cyborg)?

I'd probably set it at 16, because they always kind of struck me as being of very high intelligence...a cruel and sadistic (but ultimately wanting its own end) intelligence.

Throwing Accuracy          58               50
Melee Accuracy                70               50

These things are mainly seen on terror sights, when the aliens are trying to harvest and abduct humans.  They are pretty much cannon fodder like the Gillmen.

Deep One
Damage Type       Vulnerability
Armour Piercing    90%
Phosphor       90%
High Explosive       80%
Gauss          90%
Sonic          110%
Freeze (Stun)       100%
Drill          120%
Electric Shock       0%

Immune to electricity, which is a good thing because that is this things primary attack.  Mild resistances.
Description from game:
Deep One

The Deep One is a biological nightmare, a cross breed, produced by the mind warping experiments of the Aquatoids. We have encountered several variations of this creature.

After extensive research we conclude that these are manufactured by the invaders. Swelling their ranks when fresh human stock has been captured. Each of these sub-human is armed with an electrical energy discharge powerful enough to kill an aquanaut.
http://www.ufopaedia.org/images/d/d3/DeepOne.png
Despite what the picture shows, it normally doesn't carry weapons.  That pink trunk thing "spits" or shoots electricity (like an electric "spit" ball) at a distance, and does so very frequently (sometimes multiple times a turn).

"Deep-Ones are armed with a long range arcing weapon that discharges electricity. Though they pose little more threat than the average Gillman or Aquatoid, their electric attacks are not to be understimated, as they can be fired over walls and can deal massive damage to any and all human targets regardless of the protection they are wearing. This attack does reduced damage against other alien targets."

Deep One Autopsy

The creature is a graft of man and alien organism. The human brain is massively altered to accommodate control electronics and the Alien cortex. All vestiges of the human body seem lost save one: the eyes. The surgical graft appears to allow the alien foetus to consume the human host as it grows.

The tough skin of the creature appears to be a non-organic, metallic mesh, extremely strong and flexible. The resulting cross breed is strong, fast and utterly under the control of the aliens.
http://www.ufopaedia.org/images/0/0c/DeepOneAutopsy.png

Basically a human/alien hybrid.  Definitely an Abberation.
Definitely Neutral EVIL, I mean they kill people with electric loogies.  That's pretty darn evil in my book!

It's got to be enough to take out a commoner or a low level character in one hit.  Maybe...3d6?

"A terror unit that may accompany the Aquatoids on land missions. Fortunately, while its diving suit makes a good disguise, no Terror mission involves civilian aquanauts. So unless you have an agent obsessed with yellow diving suits (and refuses to take off his helmet on land), there should be no problem identifying this armored blob."
Not really sure how to describe this one.  It's either an ooze using adamantine-like claws to attack with or it's an abberation...a liquidy abberation.  Definitely tough claws though.  Usually does one-hit kills unless you are wearing some good armor.

Calcinite
Damage Type       Vulnerability
Armour Piercing    100%
Phosphor       90%
High Explosive       100%
Gauss          90%
Sonic          110%
Freeze (Stun)       100%
Drill          80%
Electric Shock       0%

This thing is decent in combat, melee only though.  Immune to electicity like the others.
Description from game:
Calcinite
In the diving suits of lost mariners, these aliens stalk the seabed for the unwary. A vicious swipe by the creature's stronger than steel claws can be enough to send the best divers to the bottom.

A gelatinous green form can be seen swirling around in the face mask. No hint of the real creature can be divined from the often lethal encounters we have had with them.

http://www.ufopaedia.org/images/1/10/Calc.PNG

Um... definitely something in a diver suit.  With claws.

Calcinite Autopsy
Once the armoured suit is stripped away the Calcinite is revealed to be a huge amorphous blob of protoplasm. No visible brain, limbs or sensory organs exist, a small metallic component resides deep in the liquid body.

Once dead we can only guess at the creature's nature. An inexplicable enigma of our alien enemies.
http://www.ufopaedia.org/images/f/f2/CalciniteAutopsy.png

The metal component is probably some sort of controll device...or the claws.
Lawful Evil, can exist in any environment.

Calcinite needs just one more hit die then it's perfect!

Final one, the Xarquid:

                        Xarquid            Civilian
Time Units                      40               35
Health                            114               30
Energy                            80               65
Reactions                      90               30
Strength                         70               20
Bravery                         90               80
Front Armour               50               0
Left Armour                      50               0
Right Armour                 50               0
Back Armour               50               0
Under Armour                   5                  0
Energy Recharge                40              20
Intelligence                     4                  1
Firing Accuracy                65               30
Throwing Accuracy            50               50
Melee Accuracy                  50               50

Basically a giant Nautilus (large size).
"The Xarquid is a large, flying alien nautilus with substantial armor. Not only are they giant, they move in reverse. Real Nautilus float backwards with the tentacles behind - the Xarquid floats with the tentacles forward. They have a fairly powerful and accurate ranged attack (roughy equivalent to a SWS Gauss Cannon), and will mostly stay at long range and snipe at your units."
"The Xarquid is not a particularly difficult enemy. The greatest danger comes from its tendency to lurk in a particular location and use reaction fire to take out your Aquanauts (which is actually fairly smart considering the Xarquid is one of the slowest aliens)."

Xarquid
Damage Type       Vulnerability
Armour Piercing    100%
Phosphor       60%
High Explosive       60%
Gauss          70%
Sonic          90%
Freeze (Stun)       90%
Drill          145%
Electric Shock       0%

Pretty tough, can take a hit but weak to piercing.

Description from game:
Xarquid
Another modfied Earth invertebrate, the Xarquid is a creature of great beauty and danger.

The swift swimming gargantuan hides a devastating arsenal of weapons, a smothering ink spray and an ionised particle blast.

Since our first encounters with this powerful creature we have been wary of its power and its controllers the vengeful Gillmen.
http://www.ufopaedia.org/images/8/8c/Xarquid.png

Xarquid Autopsy
This overgrown Nautilus has beeen made huge on a diet of Alien drugs and surgical alterations. Perverted beyond the scope of nature, the Gillmen have added mechanical control systems to the creature and now none of the creature's original nature exists.

Deployed as an organic weapons platform, the Xarquids tough shell and mobility make it a formidable opponent.

http://www.ufopaedia.org/images/f/f8/XarquidAutopsy.png

This creature is slow and methodical probably Aberration due to so much alteration.  Lawful Evil.  Probably can use this for the ink spray:
"Ink Cloud (Ex)
A Xarquid can emit a cloud of jet-black ink 20 feet high by 20 feet wide by 20 feet long once per minute as a free action. The cloud provides total concealment, which the Xarquid normally uses to escape a losing fight. All vision within the cloud is obscured. "
Aquatic only (thankfully).
