Chameleon class information

Hello all. What prompted me here to the boards in the first place was finding class information that was not in the usual array of 3.5 rule books. Specifically looking to use a warlock multiclass and stumbled upon a "chameleon"

Is this a prestige class? Where is the rest of the usual class information.

Yes, that is a prestige class located in Races of Destiny. 

What other class information are you looking for?  If you're looking for the tables and full ability descriptions we're not allowed to put all of that information in handbooks or else WotC could take legal action against the boards for copywrite infringement.  The handbooks are to help people make character's effectively but you'll still need the books.
