Death stare.  Just stating the obvious.  And a confusion stare.

Do I sense a series of new homebrew from the bhu?  Run out cats, and now moving on to the next project?

I was going to post something giving you a good natured hard time about your thing for cats, but wotmaniac threatened to shit in my pillow.

That being said, go with the ability to duplicate themselves. All tribble style.

Perhaps a separate tribble catburglar would be best for that one; I don't recall furbies having any offspring/duplicates. Additionally, duplication such as that ought to be fluff regarding their fecundity rather than something that has such a strong effect on action economy.

the spell that lets the cat burglar create furbies allows them to make a furby from clockwork childrens toys, so unless i refluff they'll be constructs.

Looking at the wiki, they say things like "go to sleep now", "sing me a song" and "show me a dance".  They could have spells likes that force you to play with them, sing, sleep, dance etc.. it looks innocent enough at first...

Apparently, they were banned from the NSA, for (afaik, unwarranted) security concerns at some point. Maybe they "incorrectly" show up as evil with detect evil.

Ooh, I had forgotten about that -- it was because the toy has a recording feature (can't remember if audio or visual, perhaps both).
So, maybe they can be used as a remote scrying device.

>implying they aren't evil

>implying they aren't secret Eijilundian spies sent to dismantle the NSA

>implying implications

There was a line of Baby Furbies though.
I imagine Furbies could totally be something along the line of how Clockwork Horrors reproduce  :smirk

Nightmare Fuel Furby

Please don't post my Facebook page like that.  People might realize I've escaped containment.

I'm just kidding of course, this is my real facebook page.

Are you not familiar with the SCP Foundation?  It's a faux "secret government site" of the Foundation, an MIB-esque shadow organization keeping various things away from human eyes from the merely magical like an infinite pizza box, to mind-shattering world ending threats at bay.  The latter which usually have a very lovecraftian "we've only delayed it, the stars will be right and nothing can stop it" feel.  A few of them are famous, such as the "poopy bloody baby" SCP -173 (which was the first I think).  Good site.  Much creepypaste.

Actually, I've been running (for years now actually) an entire D&D campaign setting originally inspired from it, Witch U.  It's what happens when Madoka Magica meets the SCP Foundation meets comics.

You got affected by SCP-87277, the Internet Event Horizon.  This is actually SCP-87277b, the original is, of course, TV Tropes.
