Barbarians are nice and simple. : D
Nicely done

So the angriest halfling ever is mechanically finished.
:twitch raised by bears?!?

We're just waiting on the board to be created, then i'll also bring over the setting info and the IC and OoC thread. Would you like a thread for Who's Who of the city, or would you like me to keep that in the setting thread?

A THIRD BARBARIAN ENTERS THE FRAY, though if needed I'll play something else.

I had a player with a Halfling Barbarian in my home game. She was fierce!

I'm thinking either Warlock or Rogue.

We could be a party with 4 Barbarians and 2 Warlocks... XD

"We beat a confession out of the first guy we found.  Where's the reward money?"

(Also in serious news: the question here is directly relevant to this thread, if anyone knows the answer.)

I will need help building this: http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheet.html#id=76593

It seems I still get two skill proficiencies and two tool or language proficiencies.

Nevermind figuring out what items I have.

Quote from: EDIT
So I think I did backgrounds right.  Following a template, I got this...

From "Bouncer" Background
•Two skill proficiencies: Investigation and Perception.
•Up to two of the following: Brewer's Supplies (tool) and Tapdancing Outfit (tool).
•A Feature (usually a non-combat benefit, such as having a contact, or getting access to shelter/healing): When standing guard in front of a path, gain advantage on Intimidate, Perception, and Insight.

I don't know if this works or not.  Am I doing this right?

Wouldn't intimidate be better than investigation based on your background as a bouncer ?

I have intimidate from my class already, but I could probably switch them around.  Well, maybe not since I don't think barbarian gives that, but maybe with the skill proficiency from human?

(EDIT: Yeah here we go....

•Human skill proficiency is Investigation

•Barbarian is Athletics and Perception.
 Better.)

By the way, am I doing it right?  I have no idea how equipment goes.  The closest I could find was that you apparently get something like 2d4x10 gold for a barbarian.... or some kind of pre-made package which for the life of me I could not find.  Any idea about that?

It's the background that gives you the package

Yeah, I.... I couldn't find those.  All I found (indirectly) was that apparently the backgrounds were examples and it was a template (the thing above, with two skills, two tool/languages, and a "feature".    So I made up my own.

I suppose I just make up a reasonable package of items for a "Bouncer" then?

(EDIT: I took the average of 2d4x10 gp, or 50 gp, and worked things out.  The items are filled and as far as I can tell, the character sheet is now done.  Awaiting approval, or figuring out if I messed up anywhere.)

You don't get a human skill proficiency and the ability score increase. And your statline only works with the increase.
