Unique: Blink Dog, Bullywug, Giant Eagle, Giant Elk, Giant Owl, Gith, Gnoll, Gnomish, Grell, Hook Horror, Modron, Otyugh, Sahuagin, Slaad, Sphinx, Sylvan, Thri-kreen, Troglodyte, Umber Hulk, Winter Wolf, Worg, Yeti.

Technically no.

Choose your languages from the Standard Languages table, or choose one that is common in your campaign. With your DM’s permission, you can instead choose a language from the Exotic Languages table or a secret language, such as thieves’ cant or the tongue of druids.

Standard or something you can define as common with exotic/secret with permission.

Unless there is a lot of giant eagles you're kind of out of luck if you want to learn it.
But if you want to speak it, Tongues can help with that.
