2 Skill points+Int per level, quadruple at 1st level. Class skills: Climb, Concentration, Craft, Heal, Intimidate, Jump, Knowledge(Arcana), Knowledge(History), Knowledge(Nobility and Royalty), Listen, Search, Sense Motive, Spellcraft, Spot
Proficiencies: An Eligoran Dragon is proficient with all armor and shields, but is only proficient with it's natural weapons.
Features:Dragon Body: The Eligoran Dragon loses all other racial bonuses, and gains Dragon traits(60ft Darkvision, low light vision, and immunity to sleep and paralysis), a bite attack (1d8 damage+Str mod), 2 claws attacks (1d6 +1/2 Str mod), a 40 feet base land speed, and medium size. The Eligoran Dragon has wings, but they're too weak to do anything for now. His claws are capable of fine manipulation and can be used for somatic components of spellcasting or anything else a human hand could do.
Eligoran Dragons gain the ability to make a pact with Eligor at 1st level, infusing the Vestige to themselves and their ritual armor (see below) Eligoran Dragons can make a pact with Eligor with one 1 minute of concentration, and always make a good pact. this pact requires the Eligoran Dragon to use his ritual armor as a host for the vestige. They do not receive the granted abilities of Eligor, but are granted equivalent boons of the pact as they gain levels in this class. This does not count against the limit of vestiges the Eligoran Dragon can make pacts with.
Eligoran Dragons have vulnerable to effects that would expel a vestige from them however. Eligoran Dragons have particularly fragile hides that when exposed causing the dragon to be fatigued and take 1 point of damage every 10 minutes, increasing by 1 point every additional hour. With some kind of protection, the dragon takes damage every hour instead, increased by 1 every additional day. Should the Eligoran dragon die from this damage, he can never be raised or revived. Only through a casting of a wish or Miracle spell followed immediately by a True Resurrection spell can the dragon be restored from such a fate, and even then the dragon receives 1 permanent negative level. Only a Eligoran Dragon's ritual armor hosting Eligor can negate the damage and fatigue completely.
An Eligoran Dragon can designate a set of armor to be his ritual armor in a ritual that takes 1 hour, granting the armor the ability to host Vestiges, Eligor particularly. He can use any armor that can normally fit him, but can never have more then one ritual armor at any one time. The Ritual Armor is infused with power when it is created, and has it's AC bonus increased by the Eligoran Dragon's Wisdom modifier when the dragon wears it. It is also much tougher, and gains additional Hardness and HP equal to the Eligoran Dragon's HD.
Eligor's Conviction: Eligoran Dragons are known for their endurance and fortitude. Once per round, if a Eligoran Dragon takes damage, he gains 1 Conviction Point. He can only gain Conviction Points during an encounter against a true enemy. He can gain Conviction Points by taking damage from allies or himself, but never gains points unless in actual combat against a actual threat. The Eligoran Dragon can have a maximum of 1 Conviction Point plus 1 per 1/2 HD (min 1). All Conviction points are lost at the end of an encounter.
The Eligoran Dragon has DR/-- equal to his Conviction Point total, and heals 1 Hit Point when he loses a Conviction Point or uses a point for an ability (this healing can only heal the dragon up to half his max HP).
A Eligoran Dragon loses access to this ability if not bound to Eligor.
Elemental Affinity: Eligoran Dragons are descendants from many kinds of Metallic Dragons and through their connection to Eligor can charge their bodies with elemental power. By spending 1 Conviction Point as a free action or spending 1 hour in concentration, a Eligoran Dragon can choose either acid, cold, electricity, or fire. The Eligoran Dragon charges his body with this energy, gaining Energy Resistance against this energy type equal to 1 + 1 per HD, and his Breath Weapon now deals this type of damage. If a Eligorian Dragon uses this ability again, he loses his affinity to the previous energy type.
At 10th level, a Eligoran Dragon can charge his body with 2 different types of energy at once, gaining Energy Resistance for both of these types of energy and being able to choose between either energy type to when using his breath weapon to determine the damage type. He may also choose to instead overcharge his affinity to one energy type, doubling his Energy Resistance against it and increasing the damage of his breath weapon by 1 step when dealing damage of that energy type. He may also now select Negative, Positive, or Sonic energy in addition to the other types of energy he can choose from (Positive energy Breath Weapons deal 1 step less damage to living creatures and 1 step more damage to undead).
At 18th level, a Eligoran Dragon can charge his body with 3 different types of energy at once, or he may charge his body with 1 type of energy and overcharge it with another type of energy. Further, he can choose to instead Infuse his body with a single type of energy, gaining Immunity to damage of that type and increasing the damage of his breath weapon by 2 steps when dealing damage of that energy type. He may also now select Force energy in addition to the other types of energy he can choose from.
A Eligoran Dragon loses the ability to change it's elemental affinity if not bound to Eligor, but it otherwise functions as normal.
Dragonslayer's Breath: The Eligoran dragon can breath a 30 foot cone of energy dealing 1d4 damage/HD with DC ref of 10+1/2 HD+Con modifier for half every 1d4 turns. Damage type is determined by the Elemental Affinity ability. The size of the cone increases by 5 feet per each extra HD the Dragon has after 1st level. Creatures that currently have a pact with Eligor take only half damage from the breath weapon, however the damage dice of this breath weapon increases by one step (1d6 if otherwise unmodified) against creatures with the Dragon Type.
Vestige-Bound: An Eligoran Dragon can make pacts and bind to vestiges. This is treated as using the soul binding class feature of a Binder of 2/3 his level, but he has an effective binder level equal to his HD for the purposes of calculating the effects of a vestiges granted abilities. A Eligoran Dragon uses his wisdom Score in place of his Charisma when determining the effects of this ability and any vestiges he binds to himself through this ability.
If he multiclasses as a Binder, the soul binding class feature stacks.

If a Eligoran Dragon takes a prestige class that advances his ability to bind vestiges, he may choose to advance his binding capacity as that of a binder. As such a Eligoran Dragon 10/Knight of the Sacred Seal 5 would soul bind as a 11th level binder.

NOTE:this table presents the TOTAL bonus gained for ease of keeping count! Don't add the values from diferent levels!Keen senses: At 2nd level the Eligoran Dragon sees four times as well as a human in shadowy illumination and twice as well in normal light. It also has darkvision out to 120 feet.
Eligors's Sharpness: At 2nd level, the Eligoran Dragon gain a bonus to Listen, Sense Motive and Spot skill checks equal to 1/2 his HD. This bonus is doubled against creatures of the Dragon type.
At 8th level, he also gains the ability to sense creatures of the Dragon type that are near. Treat this as a constant Detect Undead effect which detects dragons instead of Undead, and has a range 100 feet + 10 feet per HD. With 1 hour of concentration, a Eligoran Dragon can extend the range to 1 mile per HD. If the Dragon studies an area for 3 rounds, he also determines the type of Dragon in addition to the strength of it's aura.
A Eligoran Dragon loses access to this ability if not bound to Eligor.
Blindsense: At 3rd level, and Eligoran dragon gain Blindsense out to a range of 60 feet.
Wings: At 4th level the Eligoran Dragon's becomes able to fly at the speed of 10 feet per HD, with poor maneuverability. The maneuverability doesn't increase naturaly, but players can take the Improved Flight feat, found in Complete Adventurer and Races of the Wild, which increases maneuverability by one step. Eligoran Dragon's can fly normally even when wearing Heavy Armor. Each wing can also now be used to deliver a natural atack dealing 1d4+1/2 str mod damage.
Growth: At 5th level the Eligoran Dragon grows to large size.
At 13th level the Eligoran Dragon grows to huge size.
At 19th level the Eligoran Dragon grows to gargantuan size.
His AC, bonus to hit, base damage, grapple and skills change acordingly, but he doesn't get any ability score bonus or penalties.
Eligor's Resilience: Once per round, if a Eligoran Dragon is effected by a harmful non-damaging effect, he gains 1 Conviction Point. He can only gain Conviction Points during an encounter.
If the dragon needs to make a saving throw, he can spend 1 conviction point to treat himself as having Evasion or Mettle for that save. If he already has these abilities from a different source, they are improved to Improved Evasion and Improved Mettle, respectively.
Further, the dragon now heals 1/3 his HD when he spends or loses a Conviction Point, and can heal up to his full hit point total.
A Eligoran Dragon loses access to this ability if not bound to Eligor.
Indomitable Steel: At 7th level, the Eligoran Dragon's ritual armor grants him DR/magic equal to half his HD. This DR stacks with DR he gains from having Conviction points.
Eligor's Sacrifice: A Eligoran Dragon's conviction to his cause is so great that he will sacrifice his well being to achieve it's goals. Starting at the 10th level, once per round, if a Eligoran Dragon would benefit from a beneficial effect, he can ignore those benefits and instead gain 1 Conviction Point. This includes instantaneous effects, such as the casting of a Cure Light Wounds spell (in which case he does not gain the benefits of the effect), or effects with a duration such as a casting of a Haste spell (in which case he loses the benefits of the effect until the start of his next turn). In the case of duration based effects, the dragon must declare that he is sacrificing the effect at the start of his turn, or immediately after gaining the effect if he gains the effect sometime within his turn.
The Eligoran Dragon can spend 1 conviction point as an immediate action to cover an ally within reach affected by a harmful effect or attack, taking the effect or attack in the allies place. If the attack/effect targets, the dragon becomes the new target in place of the ally. If the ally is targeted multiple times (such as from a Scorching Ray spell), the dragon becomes the target in place of the ally for all of them. If the attack/effect affects an area, the ally is unaffected and the dragon takes the attack/effect twice. The dragon gains a +5 bonus to AC and saves when using this ability if the origin of the attack/effect is a dragon.
A Eligoran Dragon loses access to this ability if not bound to Eligor.
Warded Steel: At 11th level, the Eligoran Dragon's ritual armor grant's him SR equal to his HD+11.
Eligor’s Traction: When an Eligoran Dragon binds vestiges to himself, he can choose a number of additional vestiges equal to half his wisdom bonus. These vestiges are bound into the dragons ritual armor and left dormant. Dormant vestiges do not effect the dragon in any way. The Dragon must go through the process of summoning and making a pack with these additional vestiges as if he was binding them normally, but takes a -10 to the binding check do to the unusual binding method of this ability.
By Spending 1 Conviction Point, the Eligoran Dragon can as a free action make one vestige currently bound in a soul binding slot dormant and awaken another vestige that is dormant in the dragons ritual armor, gaining the awakened vestiges abilites abilities while losing the abilities of the now dormant vestige. The symbol of the vestige awakened with this ability briefly appears over the dragons ritual armor as the dragon swaps in the new vestige. A Eligoran Dragon can choose to just make a vestige go dormant in his ritual armor and not awaken another one when using this ability, as well as awaken another vestige and bind it to an empty slot.
A Eligoran Dragon can use this ability once every 5 rounds, and loses access to this ability if not bound to Eligor.
Crush: At 13th level, the Eligoran Dragon can make a crush attack dealing 2d8 damage base, already taking in acount huge size
This special attack allows a flying or jumping dragon of at least Huge size to land on opponents as a standard action, using its whole body to crush them. Crush attacks are effective only against opponents three or more size categories smaller than the dragon (though it can attempt normal overrun or grapple attacks against larger opponents).
A crush attack affects as many creatures as can fit under the dragon’s body. Creatures in the affected area must succeed on a Reflex save (DC equal to that of the dragon’s breath weapon) or be pinned, automatically taking bludgeoning damage during the next round unless the dragon moves off them. If the dragon chooses to maintain the pin, treat it as a normal grapple attack. Pinned opponents take damage from the crush each round if they don’t escape.
A crush attack deals the indicated damage plus 1½ times the dragon’s Strength bonus (round down).
Frightful Presence: At 13th level, the Eligoran Dragon gains a Frightful Presence ability, This ability takes effect automatically whenever the Eligoran Dragon attacks, charges, or flies overhead. Enemies within a radius of 30 feet × half the dragon's level are subject to the effect if they have fewer HD than the dragon. A potentially affected enemy that succeeds on a Will save (DC 10 + ½ dragon’s HD + dragon’s Eligoran Dragon modifier) remains immune to that dragon’s frightful presence for 24 hours. On a failure, enemies with 4 or less HD become panicked for 4d6 rounds and those with 5 or more HD become shaken for 4d6 rounds. Unlike the Frightful Presence abilities of most other dragons, non-Eligoran Dragons DO NOT ignore the frightful presence of Eligoran Dragons.
Eligor's Charge: The Eligoran Dragon can carve a path for his allies through their enemies. Starting at the 14th level, a Eligoran Dragon can spend 1 conviction point when he charges an opponent or uses a move (including double move), withdraw, or run action. Any enemies between him and his destination can be overrun as a free action. Any failed overrun attempts end the Dragons movement as normal, preventing him from reaching his final destination. Any creature knocked prone or who avoids the overrun is moved to the closest edge of your space not in your path to your destination and takes energy damage of one of your current Elemental Affinity's equal to your HD (Reflex DC 10 + 1/2 HD + con bonus).
Finally, if you charged an opponent while using this ability, you Overrun that opponent as well before resolving your charge attack. Any damage from this ability is increased by 50% against creatures of the Dragon type and reduced by 50% against creatures current bound to Eligor.
A Eligoran Dragon can use this ability once every 5 rounds, and loses access to this ability if not bound to Eligor.
Eligor's Swift Command: The Eligoran Dragon commands the powers of the spirits bound to him quickly and with confidence. Starting at 16th level, an Eligoran Dragon can spend 1 Conviction Point to use a ability granted by a Vestige as a swift action if it normally is used as a standard action, or use a granted ability as a standard action if it normally is used as a full-round action.
A Eligoran Dragon can use this ability at will, but a vestige and its granted abilities can only benefit from this ability once every 5 rounds. An Eligoran Dragon loses access to this ability if not bound to Eligor.
Posed Conviction: Starting at 17th level, a Eligoran Dragon starts an encounter with a number of convection points equal to 1/4th his maximum number of conviction points. This includes the surprise round (so if a Eligoran Dragon is attacked in the surprise round he will have DR from these conviction points).
Tail sweep: This special attack allows a dragon of at least Gargantuan size to sweep with its tail as a standard action. The sweep affects a half-circle with a radius of 30 feet (or 40 feet for a Colossal dragon), extending from an intersection on the edge of the dragon’s space in any direction. Creatures within the swept area are affected if they are four or more size categories smaller than the dragon. A tail sweep automatically deals 2d6 plus 1½ times the dragon’s Strength bonus (round down). Affected creatures can attempt Reflex saves to take half damage (DC equal to that of the dragon’s breath weapon).
Eligor's Strength: At 20th level, the Eligoran Dragon can channel the full might of his Conviction. The dragon receives a bonus to his Strength and Wisdom Scores equal to half his current Conviction points, and his conviction can last for 1 hour before being lost.
In addition, the Eligoran Dragon can spend a number of his Conviction Points as a immediate action to empower himself and his armor. For a number of rounds equal to the amount of Conviction Points spent, the Eliogoran Dragon ignores all damage he takes until he leaves this state. Further, he can ignore 1 effect that would otherwise effect him until he leaves this state by reducing the duration of this ability by 1 round. The Dragon cannot use Conviction he later gains after activating this ability to prolong the duration of this ability. If the damage he takes after using this ability would kill the dragon, the dragon can make a fort save (DC 10 + half damage beyond point of death). If he succeeds, the dragon is left alive at 1 HP.
A Eligoran Dragon can use this ability once every 5 rounds, and loses access to this ability if not bound to Eligor.
