How attached to the current stats and skill penalties are you?

I trust your judgement.  If you have an Idea, it will be a great one, so fire away! (Not attached enough to throw a fit)

Yes with all of those tentacles I'd imagine they are VERY good at grappling.  As for natural attacks, probably only 1d4 per tentacle.  As for total #of attacks, 4 "arms," 6 "legs," and 1 "tail."  Whether you use all of them or just the "arms" is up to you.

do they keep phasing without tech?
If they do phase, it will have to be a supernatural ability only usable x times per day, and only after x number of HD.
do they have sight or blindsight?
I'm going to have to go with blindsight on that one.

Okay give it a peek and tell me what you think.  Worry not about some of the abilities they will increase with level.

Would they have DR or energy resistance without their armor?

Maybe just a little.  Not so little that you want to get the armor A.S.A.P., just enough that you can live without it if you have to.  Probably have it scale with HD. :plot

I looked over it carefully and I like it!  So far so good!  Only one thing:

Mature Vorlon Body (Ex): At 2nd Level the Vorlon becomes immune to all Poisons (except Fluoxetine), and gains Energy Resistance equal to it's Charisma Modifier against Electricity, Fire, and Cold.
The immunity to poison is good, but the Minbari have made poisons to hurt Vorlons as well, so why not change it to "all poisons (except for poisons specifically created for Vorlons)"
However if players want to create (or get their hands on) said poisons, it will most likely be VERY expensive.

Quote
Il’dum’k’z’ha
This is the poison the Minbari created to destroy the Vorlons during the dark period when they warred against their benefactors. It can still be procured in some places on Minbar. The poison is delivered by touch. The Vorlon must make a Fortitude save (DC 30) to resist the poison; if this saving throw is failed, the Vorlon is rendered unconscious and suffers 2d6 points of Constitution damage. A further saving throw must be made every eight hours; each failure causes the Vorlon to suffer another 1d6 points of Constitution damage.
