Midgard Dwarves for Free Crafting?

Greetings, all!

I found this passage today in Frostburn 125:

"Master Smith (Ex): Midgard dwarves gain Craft Magic
Arms and Armor, Craft Wondrous Item, and Forge Ring as
bonus feats. They are considered to possess the prerequisites
necessary to craft any magic item of those types, even if they
do not otherwise meet the requirements or have the ability
to cast the necessary spells."

Does this mean they can bypass the required GP/EXP/time to create items?

... with Ironsoul Forgemaster prc , (iirc) Battlesmith prc , Uncanny Trickster , Legacy Champ , Major Bloodline (titan!) , as possible add ons.

I'm pretty sure it's just the prereqs.  Still need the time, gold, exp.

I'm hazy by now, but I think you need the extra pile of classes, to get over the Epic hurdle, for something or another.

Nope, they don't bypass the GP/XP/time needed to craft the item.  They simply bypass needing caster levels, specific spells, and in the case of set items it's possible they'd bypass the need to have a piece of the set to craft more.
