Majora's Mask
« on: June 05, 2015, 10:49:18 PM »
I want to make a three stage boss (if not more) like that.
Here's the boss battle without Fierce Deity Mask (an artifact).
Here's the boss battle with Fierce Deity Mask.
Now there are multiple things I'd like to work on here:
1.  Making a multi-stage boss.
2.  Making Majora's Mask's stages
3.  Making an artifact similar to (if not exactly like) the Fierce Deity's Mask.

I plan on using some (if not all) of this in my current and future campaigns.
Your ideas?

OH YEAH.  Epic is an understatement.  The mask (Majora's mask) summons the moon to crash into Termina (before it turns into monsters).  This thing is SCARY epic.

So a large evil construct that eventually becomes a huge evil construct.  Anywhere I can read up on this thing?

Majora's Mask LVL 1
Majora's Incarnation LVL 2
Majora's Wrath LVL 3

I'll see if I can find more information.  Also, Link (the character fighting the mask) in the video is a kid (small sized) unless we are counting his size after the Fierce Deity Mask which is around eight feet or 2.4 meters.  Just fyi.  :D

I read somewhere the mask is wearable, and provides power.  What exactly does it do?

Transforms the user into an uber powerful being.  Every swing of the sword causes laser beams to shoot at target.  Also makes user more durable and hit like a ton of bricks.

Sentient buffing artifact, that can turn into medium/large constructs.  Is that about it?

Oh you meant Majora's Mask.  Yes you are correct.  That particular mask gives its user some DARK powers (awaken ancient sealed evils, I think a few characters in the game died because of it, it even summoned the moon to attack Termina.  Probably treat the mask as an Elder Evil).
