Human/living sacrifices help also cafting with unlimited exp

Are there any rituals or anything like that wich uses living sacrifices? Can i somehow use living people/living things as a way for me to advance myself (not just grinding for exp)?
D&D 3.5 all books open, including 3d party material like dragon magazine. Its a gestalt campaign, level 6. Race unbodied with not LA (made a  monster class) First gestalt class was monster class unbodied/psion (telepath)

I got the proposition to be able to craft with humans, AKA sacrificing them as part of the exp cost of creating items, any items that would be worth mentioning when doing this?

 If there is anything from some other system of d&d say 5e or 4e please tell me that aswell, just note that it is something other then 3.5 when writing it

Step 2: Invite local nobility. (That kind of stuff is adored by The Aristocrats.)

Step 3: While they're distracted, ambush them and take their stuff.

Step 4: Profit.

Step 5: Use your profits to buy a Deck of Many Things.

Step 6: ???

Step 7: Profit!!! (Your profits may vary.)

You can indeed use sacrifices to get XP for crafting and spellcasting... but if I recall correctly, the section specifically states that you cannot gain a level in this manner and that the XP is only temporary and as such should be used quickly... It's been a very long time since I read through that section of BoVD (or any of BoVD for that matter) so I could be mixing things up...

Oh he wants both. Well for leveling idk, best case is Bargest probably but Savage Species states they use class progression when controlled by a PC, but a little DM lenience could go a long way. I suppose you could aim for a sort of level-less play. Like a limited Pun-Pun or something, aim to progress and collect things independent of leveling. Obtaining Spell/Powers as an Erudite, or Supernatural Abilities using Ability Rip, or people using Dominate, or Undead controlled through umbrellas (my slave controls other slaves who control other slaves), etc. Maybe you don't get new spell level, but you always get new shines and become more powerful.
