Nosomatic Chirurgeon+Warlock=Amusing.

I just checked the Warlock Compendium, and it seems that the consensus is that the Inflict spells from Nosomatic Chirurgeon are Arcane in nature when derived from Warlock spell-likes.

Excellent.

I remember seeing a build that went into Eldritch Theurge that was all kinds of schmexy (Utterdark Blast applied to Inflict Critical Wonds, Mass, is awesome. Especially with Mastery of Night and Day and any other little Inflict increasers you may have.)

Now, what other awesome PrCs are there to enter? I remember seeing someone go into Soulcaster using this trick... Using it to get into Noctumancer should be interesting, or maybe even...

Dip into Dragon Disciple, grab Arcane Preparation, and then go into Mage of the Arcane Order.

In a word... EPIC.

Sadly, Nosomatic Chirurgeon's Inflicts don't heal undead; it is specified in the ability.

However, once Level 16+ is achieved, if we go for Eldritch Theurge... We can have Utterdark Inflict spells a couple times per day, for some healing (and negative levels.)

Uh huh.

When you cast an inflict spell on an undead creature, you add the spell level to the damage healed by the spell.
0 + X healing = X healing.

Alright, I admit you could heal them, but it would be quite inefficient.
