[Pathfinder] Please help Min-Max my Sorcerer (Game starts soon!)

My character died and I chose to Re-Roll a Sorc.
I only have a few things that are set in stone, I would appreciate a list of Feats and gear if you have the time =D.

Race: Elf

Point Buy: 20

No 3rd party things

No Multiclassing

I'm looking to Nuke and Support.

I believe some of the items had/have pathfinder equivalents, enough so that you can use it as a springboard to build your own variant. I couldn't find a pathfinder specific nuke build off the top of my head so I grabbed something to start with. The linked thread has a discussion on the things in pathfinder that boost blaster sorcery to get mailman-ish I know there's a better link somewhere but I can seem to dredge it up.

Thanks!, one more question. I'm new to Sorc but I'm loving the fact that there's so much you can do besides swing a sword and do damage. My question is with this build What Spell combos should I do? Let's say I'm just fighting some minions, which spells do I do compared to fighting a boss?

If that is true, what method was utilized to get U.M.D. (and Fly I suppose, but not as interested) above 12 ranks? Please forgive me if it's an obvious thing, as I'm quite green to Pathfinder.

Why elf and not, say, half-elf?  Half-elf gives you access to the spell paragon surge and the Human Sorcerer racial substitution ability for more Sorcerer spells known.

My guess is that Solo was including the untyped +3 bonus to any class skills that have at least one rank.
