You make one thrown knife attack against every target inside the line or who enters it for the duration, with a bonus on the attack roll equal to your ranks in Sleight of Hand and a bonus on the damage roll equal to your Int mod.

Whenever you perform a melee or thrown knife attack (including Lunar Dial maneuvers that deal damage with no attack roll), you can make one Sleight of Hand check as a free action in the target(s) or an unattended valid object adjacent to them. You suffer a -2 penalty on this check for each 10 feet of distance between you and your target. In case the enemy didn't have anything that you could (or wanted to) take with Sleight of Hand, you can attempt to steal their time! Roll a Sleight of Hand check. If you hit a DC of 15 your victim's movement speeds are reduced by 10 feet and yours increases by 10 feet. For each 5 points you beat the DC your victim's movement speed is reduced another 10 feet and yours increases another 10 feet. Victims can't be slowed down below 0 feet. You can “slow” down multiple victims with this, but multiple speed increases don't stack for yourself, count just the higher one. Those effects last 1 round.

Stopwatch-Make a melee or thrown knife attack against an enemy within range with a bonus to confirm critical hits equal to your Int mod. If your opponent has a chance to ignore critical hits, reduce it by an amount equal to five times your Int mod as well.
Being stabbed just a hair deep wouldn't hurt... though,
being stabbed in the eye at just a hair deep probably would hurt quite a bit.

Those attacks ignore all miss chances, including mirror image and similar and deal extra damage equal to 1,5 times your Int mod. If you have 13 or more ranks in Sleight of Hand, you also gain a True Seeing effect for the duration.
Stopwatch-make one knife thrown or melee attack per 3 IL you have. Those attacks re-roll miss chances and add half your Int mod to damage.

Make one knife attack, plus another for each 3 ranks you have in Sleight of Hand. Hit opponents are Entangled and immobilized for 1 round. A Reflex save negates the immobilization. If an opponent is struck by more than one knife, they don't need to save multiple times, instead increase the DC by 2 for each extra knive that struck them. If you have 8+IL, hit opponents are also subject to a Dimensional Anchor effect and this maneuver ignores Freedom of Movement effects.
Stopwatch-An enemy that had been hit and saved must roll again with the DC increased by 1/3 your IL or be immobilized and Entangled for 1 round.

You can use this maneuver as a standard action, in which case you throw a knife at one target within range, dealing damage as normal plus extra damage equal to a Sleight of Hand check, and if you hit you can start a Trip, Disarm, Bullrush or Grapple at range without needing a new attack roll nor provoking attacks of opportunity, adding your Int bonus to all the opposed rolls (in the case of a grapple, the knifes pin your opponent's clothes/body parts as appropriate and thus you don't count as grappled). You can choose to not deal damage, in which case you only need to hit the target's touch AC.
In alternative choose a basic skill use that would demand you to physically interact with something else, like Heal or Disable Device. You use this maneuver to apply the skill to any valid target within range of the maneuver, but the initiation time becomes equal to the time needed to use the skill, which is accomplished at distance by throwing knifes. You can attempt a Hide and Move Silently checks to conceal this action, adding your ranks in Sleight of Hand to the rolls.
Either way for 1 round you can see things as if you were in the knife's position by looking at the reflections on their blades.

Those attacks are made with a single knife even if you choose to throw, skillfully ricocheting between terrain and targets. You gain a bonus on the attack rolls and damage rolls equal to half your IL. For 1 round any enemy who gets between you and your target(s), or moves adjacent to your target(s), you can make a Knife attack against them as a free action thanks to the ricochets.
Stopwatch-Instead of another free knife attack, you may initiate a 3rd level or lower Strike that takes a standard action or less to initiate against the enemy moving between you and your target(s) or adjacent to them. The DC becomes the same as this maneuver.

A Reflex save halves this damage and negates the flatfooted condition. The cone lasts 1 round and anybody else entering the cone for the duration also takes the damage and risks being flatfooted.
Stopwatch-The previous cone of knives ends and a new one starts anywhere where they share at least a 5 feet square. Victims who had failed against the first can't be affected again, but creatures who had succeeded on the first save can be affected again.
An illusionist's skill is that of misdirection.

I Don't Know What Happened
Until the end of your turn, other creatures can't take immediate/free actions, readied actions don't trigger, you never provoke Aoos, nobody registers what you do. You don't benefit from any allied auras nor suffer enemy auras. However you can't attack enemies right away, your attacks only resolving after time returns to normal, thus enemies still get their Dex bonus to AC and miss chances and neither count as helpless, but they count as flanked since you can slip behind their backs.
Stopwatch-You move up to 10 feet times your Int mod. Until the end of your turn, enemies you hit with knife attacks take a penalty to all 1d20 rolls equal to 3+1/5 your ranks in Sleight of Hand.

Stopwatch-Choose one creature inside the area. Make a grapple check against them as if you were adjacent, adding half your IL and your Knife's enhancement bonus to opposed rolls, if any. Although it has copies of your gear, any attempts to steal such copies, and/or the soul/flesh/anything from the other you, they'll mysteriously disappear as soon as it is attempted.

Even if they save they take a -3 penalty on all attack rolls and DCs for 1 round.

A knife under the influence of time acceleration. Since it flies straight forward at high speed, it's good at dealing with head-on attacks.
You may initiate this Counter whenever you're attacked. The attacker automatically takes base Knife damage plus your IL and ranks in Sleight of Hand and they must make a Will save or be Dazed for 1 round (if they fail the save, their attack is wasted).
Stopwatch-For 1 round your knifes gain an enanchment bonus equal to 2/3 your Ranks in Sleight of Hand. Each cannot have an actual enanchment bonus to attack and damage rolls bigger than +5, but you can spend the enanchment bonus to get special abilities like Keen and Holy. You cannot however spend it in Bane or any similar enchantments that are specialized against a specific kind of creature, neither on abilities with limited uses per day (a reference chart can be found after the maneuvers explanations).

What I saw this time was "Multiplying Knives."
I'm more interested in her instant movement than her knives.
You disappear, then one of you per 4 ranks you have in Sleight of Hand appears whitin a radius of 5 feet per IL (none of which can activate limited use items/abilities or have their items stolen/taken/given, any of you who would be harmed instead disappear), after which one of you makes a fullattack before disappearing along their original gear. At the start of each of your next turns another of you makes a new full attack with knifes while another takes actions normally and any remaining ones just fool around looking cool in the position they were created. Those attacks ignore all bonus to AC except Dex and size mod and ignore any effects that would prevent/reduce/convert the damage besides basic Hardness and DR. The last you remaining becomes the new real you. If you recover or unprepare this maneuver before then, then all but one of you disappear right away.
This is a supernatural maneuver.
Stopwatch-Probability collapses earlier and all yous but one disappear, that then makes a full knife attack. Those attacks will ignore all bonus to AC except Dex and size mod and ignore any effects that would prevent/reduce/convert the damage besides basic Hardness and DR.

If you end up out of range of the attack you're not affected. For 1 round you gain an Insight bonus to AC and saves equal to your Int mod.

This is a supernatural Stance.
Stopwatch- You replicate an uncapped Greater Dispel Magic with CL=IL+Int mod that works on enemy maneuvers (boosts, stances and non-instantaneous strikes) plus deals base Knife damage to any affected, then you benefit from a 1-turn Timestop effect during which you cannot enter Stances.

Throws phantom knives that manifest themselves physically in succession as they move towards the opponent.
For 1 round your Knife attacks inflict Slow on the victims for 1 round unless they succeed on a Fort save (if the base attack already inflicted Slow, increase the DC by 2), plus whenever you throw a knife, you leave a line of ghostly copies behind. Anyone crossing those lines take damage and are slowed as if hit by those knifes.
Stopwatch-Make one knife attack per 3 IL you have.
They disappear if you perform another attack, but have quite a large range of suppression.
Silver Sign "Silver Bound" Lunar Dial (Strike)

Simultaneously launches bouncing knives an all directions. Individually their power is weak, but it makes up for it in quantity and range.
For 1 round enemies inside or entering the area take Knife damage, are Dazed for 1 round and all benefical effects they're under effect with a duration other than instaneous, permanent or Stance automatically end. If they succeed on the Reflex save they can choose to negate the Daze or not losing their benefical effects, but not both unless they saved by 5 or more. Allies inside or entering the area have negative effects with a duration other than instantaneous or permanent automatically ended. No creature may be affected more than 1/round by this maneuver.
Stopwatch-You repeat this maneuver's effect again.

A high-speed barrage of random bullets.
While on this Stance you can only perform basic movement, basic uses of non-Cha skills and basic attacks. Your knife attacks however deal extra damage equal to half the combined level of your expended maneuvers.
You also gain a bonus on knife attack rolls equal to twice your Int mod, your thrown knife attacks have their range increased by 100 feet times your Int mod, and whenever you perform a knife attack, you throw an extra one per 2 ranks you have in Sleight of Hand, but each such attack has 50% chance of just hitting something useless.
After 3 rounds you automatically must use this Stance's Stopwatch option if you haven't already.
After exiting this stance, you cannot enter it again until you spend 10 minutes doing menial chores for somebody else.
Stopwatch-Make one last normal knife attack without any bonus or penalties. If you hit, the enemy must make a Fort and Will saves with a penalty of -1 per 6 knifes you hit them with since entering this stance. If they fail one, they take extra damage equal to four Sleight of Hand checks. If they fail both they're permanently crippled into a level 1 commoner until a Miracle or Wish is used to restore them.

"Deflation World" Lunar Dial (Strike)

One of her secret arts that compresses the flow of time. Compressed time allows the past and future to exist in the present at the same time. You have to deal with all of them, so it's quite a tough move.
Make one full attacks with knives at every enemy inside your range, then you gain a 1 turn Time Stop effect, then repeat those two steps another time. You cannot recover maneuvers until after the 2nd Time Stop ends.
Stopwatch-You make one knife attack that affects all in a line with infinite range. Every enemy creature inside this line that is hit must make a Reflex save or be erased from both past and future, only a Wish or Miracle can bring them back. Despite being erased from the past, all the consequences of their previous actions are conveniently in place. So any kids they had are still there, just nobody knows who their parents were, and any damage the victims inflicted would've been done by bizzarre coincidences.
